I received the best customer service from the staff at the State st facility in Hemet, Ca. They are fast, friendly reasonable and the ice cold water with the air conditioned office were amazing as well ;D

After searching for 2 hours looking for a representative, I was fortunate enough to come across Colleen. Colleen was very friendly, professional, and was able to help obtain a unit quickly and with reasonable prices.

The manager Robin has been excellent. She has been very helpful with helping me pick out the right size storage for my belongings

I had been there for about 2 years with Cube Smart with no rent increase. US Storage purchased about 2 years ago and has significantly raised the rent 50 to 60% since they purchased, every 6 months rent increase. When US took over the gate was constantly broken and access to the units was constantly denied during regular access hours. Also prior to repainting they used pressure washers to clean the outside rollup door causing dirty water to spray over the anything close to the door. They offered no discount for the inconveniences, but very quick to raise the rent.

Steven and Robin are awesome! Renting a storage unit went so smooth and quick. Best part of my moving day!

Manager no good doesn't know her own company's policies. Place was A+till new manager arrived. Now straight F-. I won't be here much longer with this kind of management. Thumbs
