4I stayed for 3 months and it was great! The apartment is very clean and modern. Close to everything, 6 min from Beverly, 10 min from Melrose. The apartment also has a big rooftop perfect for great sunsets. I actively recommend it!

I had a good experience in the house, it was my first home in LA, where I shared with more students arriving in LA just like me, I made my first friends there. The house was really good located, so near from school and super easy transportation, many shops and restaurant in a walking distance. If you are planing to visit LA and have nobody to help you, this is definitely a great choice, the staff also will be there for you in case you need it.
Terrible housing, 14 person in the apartment, it's dirty, USSS is not flexible and helpful for questions.
They threat to evict you without refund for not valid reasons. There is no mirror in bathroom and it's not comfortable so as the bed. USSS tries to make money on you everytime.
You don't feel comfortable with cameras and threat to pay more because of electricity and other.
