11Waitied 6 hours TO GET NO APOLOGIESVERY.rure, stuffig their faces at front desk and never acknowledged welicomed patient, Said go somewhere else if you don't like It. Uncaring AHOLES. THIS WAS AT 4 AM! Do not recommend!
Everything about this hospital is soothing. My nurses and doctors were absolutely amazing. Shoutout to Andy, my nurse, for being there for me. I couldn't even tell he was new. Best of love around this hospital. Filled with incredible and compassionate staff.:)
My daughter had successful surgeries with a great team from Kech Hospital which includes: Doctor Gabriel Zada, his assistant, anesthesia team, plastic surgeons abd other Neurolgy doctors. They are an amazing team, made my daughter feel safe. Thank you so much for caring for my daughter.
Over the years, I had two operations there. Doctors and nurses are great. Still see an eye doctor who is very good and his office is well staffed with caring, professional people.
Dr Starnes Team botched my surgery as I went there for a heart valve repair I left after 3 surgeries with complete nerve damage to my groin and thigh area and a permanent scare the size of a #2 pencil…, forever pain and depression
Thank you very much, to care my husband, to help him to have life again I appreciate to all the doctors and nurses and nurses assisten
I love this hospital I started going on 1/27/2023 and love the way they made me feel they treated me with respect and politeness
I was worried but the doctors and staff took good care of my daughter. Both attending doctors called me after her surgery to see if I had any questions while I waited for her to be moved from recovery to her room. The follow up gave great education on reducing inflammation through healthier food choices.
What can I not say about this hospital? I spent at least 2 days 5+ hours a week here for a year. Not for me, but for a stranger who became a friend who was waiting on a heart transplant.
From the first day I stepped into this hospital the staff, nurses, doctors, and anyone else in uniform were nothing but pleasant to me, extraordinarily helpful, and always happy to see me. Every time they came into my friend's room to attend to him, they took great care, always listened, laughed with him, and always showed a smile. When I would call to do something special for him, no matter who I spoke to - from concierge to the charge nurse- they were always happy to help. Any questions my friend had the doctors and nurses not only answered, but took the time to sit down with him until the subject was thoroughly discussed and understood. No detail was left unattended.
I was able to sleep well at night knowing my friend, even on his toughest nights was taken care of. These special, talented, caring, friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable professionals not only became his family, but also mine. He is out of the hospital now, and I will miss these people dearly.
This is a top-rated hospital and they employ the very best, and it shows. If you end up here for your care, know that you are well taken care of.
Side Note - Most exciting days, was when the therapy dogs came to visit. Smiles all around!
Everyone here is helpful and patient. Hoping to be better than ever in a couple months post surgery. Great surgery team.
