Organized workflow. Clean spacious quiet office. Courteous and respectful employees. Appointment at 8am. Everything finished by 8: 12am. Wow.out and about in 12 minutes! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Good job!

I forgot something that I shouldn’t have and they could’ve easily made me go all the way back to Santa Monica to get it, instead they took their time at 10am in the morning printed out missing papers for me and i was out of there in under 10 minutes. Thanks to everyone who works there!
This was a fabulous experience and really changed my perception of USCIS. Everyone, from the security officer at the reception, to the immigration officer was really courteous, professional and fast. I had gone for my biometrics for Naturalization and arrived at 10 AM (although my appointment was at 11 AM). The officer checked me in and gave me a token. My token number was called 10 minutes later and the whole process from the photograph to the finger-printing took around 5 minutes. I was out of the building before 10.20 AM. There is plenty of shared parking in the rear of the building, which is great.
Fabulous experience and this center should be a benchmark on how agencies should be run. Two thumbs up!
Wow! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone is friendly and very competent at their job. I think this should be the benchmark for all government agencies serving the public. Absolutely outstanding in terms of efficacy and efficiency!
People are very nice. Process is so fast. Only took less than 15 mins to finish everything. No waste of time at all. Got there early and was accommodated right away.
Very clean, well organized location that moves through customers extremely quickly. There’s a ticket system, so come 15 minutes early to your appointment and you’ll likely get in early during non-peak hours. Weekday mornings are usually the best time to schedule.
