Great USCIS office, extremely efficient team.
Had an appointment at 12 pm, walked in 30 minutes earlier, there were no lines at all, they processed my case right at arrival, 10 minutes and I left the office 20 minutes prior to my actual appointment time.
Staff is professional, helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend as the best USCIS office I've ever been to.
We followed the advice of a prior reviewer and just went there as 'walk-in' as soon as the letter arrived. We arrived at 3pm, there was no line and we were processed and left by 3: 30pm. Fantastic, friendly and efficient staff. Could not ask for more.
Couldn't actually help (I just walked in w/ no appointment), but were very friendly and explained the process in a helpful manner!

It appears that while the appointment letters generally mandate a time, this location allows you to come at any time after you receive the letter. According to staff, afternoons are not busy at all, as was my experience.
The security officers are disgusting and not friendly.
Although the wait went quickly, I'd suggest they train to their staff in customer service. Hoping that my tax dollars are not paying these salaries.
Actually got through to a person that listen to me. Left a message to get a call back within the hour. Forever hopeful they can sort out the mess of getting a replacement naturalization certificate for me since I've been in this country since 1982 and really need my destroyed document replace with out having to pay an arm and a leg. Will add more to the review later

One of the best centres. Entire staff were very courteous, friendly and very efficient. The whole process was very seamless and easy. Kudos to all the staff including the security which happened to be a Private company but equally efficient, courteous and friendly.
My experience couldn't have been better at this place! Fast, and efficient and really cool staff! They made my 2 years old daughter super happy!
