Please I pray that soon you approve our case Visa K1 I believe that you will reduce your times and soon I can be with my Fiancé we are close to 12 months waiting and seeing that times are reduced every day. Hopefully later they can reduce the times to 6 months and thus be able to be as close as possible to our fiancé amen

My case received 12/01/2021 Form I-130 (I-R5) today is May 15,2023, is supposed to be an immediate category. Very disappointed My case has been forgotten in a folder or they are playing with something that I already paid the process and fees?

I did my I-130 petition for alien relative on June 7th of 2021 and haven't heard from them since that date it's been two years already and still nothing i don't know what's going on

Why does the uscis not proccess k1 visa cases in the order that they were received? A lot of people waiting from 2021 october, november, december and you have started proccess 2022 march? How is this fair? How would you feel about if you were in this situation?

Typical California, works 6 times as slow as everyone else. Better hope your documents go anywhere but here.

This SC got bad reputation for being super slow, however my case is going smooth since the beginning.i got AR a month after and its seems they are working on my case!

I dont want to give you 1 star rating but i am stressed very much my case was recieved in august 2022 and still i am waiting for the case to be shifted to other centre

I don't understand why this delay. We submitted our file on December 22,2021 for K1 fiancé visa and there we arrived at 471 days without any response while there are people from February and January approved. My fiancée has cancer and she needs me by her side. And she has several operations in the coming days. Because of that she had several stroke attacks AND when she contacted the service she received no response and there we were very depressed. I hope my message will be forwarded to their service.

Filed I130 on Nov 2021, didn't hear anything till January 7th 2022, untill I did an inquiry for being well outside processing time, 2 days later status changed to RAE, after sending them the evidence they needed it, got my case approved march 24 2022.

Hello. My fiancé sent you our engagement request about 15 months ago and it was received and we have been waiting ever since (18.march. 2023).
My fiancé was diagnosed with cancer 6 months ago and has been undergoing treatment ever since. He called the embassy and asked to expedite his appointment with us, but unfortunately, they rejected his request over the phone without allowing him to send his medical records.
Now my fiancé is very worried. Because I am in Iran and the pressure of the government on us women is high and he is worried about me. The doctors gave him two weeks leave to see me, and due to the unrest and political conditions in Iran, he was forced to visit me in Turkey.
For this trip, he had to be on a direct flight for 12 hours, which is not good for his health at all. I had always heard and imagined that the American government supports its people and the people of Iran, but now I experienced the opposite in the process of our k1visa case at the American Embassy. The American embassy treats the people of Ukraine and other countries like Cuba and.better than the people of Iran and approves their cases faster.

I am going to give a good review on the possibility someone reads this from the Service center. I have a wonderful idea that could generate billions of dollars. Every year you guys receive a million applications.my thought is have a fast track for the people that can afford it (month Processing). Maybe $10000 extra. If 10 percent of the million people pay the $10000 extra than that's an extra Billion Dollars. I have now been waiting 10 months on my fiancés k1 Visa and would have paid an extra $10 thousand in a heartbeat. Shoot I would have paid 20K to move on with my life. Just an idea. Very disappointing, submitted my i129f and my receipt date is 12/10/2021. I contacted uscis but was told to check the processing time. It is unfair that uscis started approving or working on cases after mine like end of dec 2021, Jan 2022, Feb 2022. Why is it that they say they follow the order of filing the cases yet Jan/Feb 2022 is very far from my case?

FYI: I submitted fiance form in aug 2020 and was denied since I had no photos. I resubmitted again with evidence since I even gave birth. I thought my case was easy since I submitted the photos because it was the reason I was denied previously. It is sad that my baby is now 8 months and has not yet seen the father coz my case is being delayed. Uscis makes families stay apart and if you are not strong and without God’s blessings, high chance families fall apart.

Please uscis try to consider our families and our lives. This is no longer covid excuse, train more people and distribute our cases to other locations so that everyone can see their loved ones and start life.

I pray I get an answer soon since it is 15 months coming to. 5 to make a total of 15.5 months. Please answer my case.

533 days when 4-6 months is still advertised on the website, no access to information, and nothing but canned responses, condescension, and snark during inquiries. Genuinely pitiful sort of operation being run here. I wish all of you fellow applicants the best of luck and happy futures with your loved ones.

I haven't yet started Our K1 visa just yet and knowing it will have to go through this state boils my blood. I can already tell this is going to cause me so much stress and anger just seeing that CA is in charge of the next 15.5 to 18 months of our lives. Learning this information kills me and I haven't even started yet.

This is hell in real life. Just a taste of it and I cannot handle it. 15 months and still waiting on my approval for my k1 visa.

Why is there no movement for the family categories? Is USCIS even working? USCIS even increased the fees to skyrocket! Stop using COVID as an excuse because it seems like everyone else is working!

They have received my Case on may 28th 2019 I130 till this may 2023 it will complete 4 years to just receive a decision to my wife get over here. Increase the fees three times and hire more employment people life is not a joke.
