I will like to say thank you to everyone part of the USCIS office, specially officer Wan. I was nervous but I felt very comfortable. Everyone was very kind and it was a very good experience. Thank you USCIS team:)

I just passed my Citizenship test. Mr. WAN, T who was my USCIS officer. I studied hard for the test but I was very nervous.he is amazing and I am super lucky to interviewed by him. Thank you soooo much Mr. WAN, T.

I can only say good words! My husband and I applied for the Naturalization mid July and September the 20th we got our interview. We passed and two hours later we had the Oath Ceremony. It all happened so fast! It was great. My interview took place 10 minutes before my scheduled time and it took 15 to 20 minutes. The Officer that conducted my Interview wasn't welcoming at all and she didn't do anything to make me feel comfortable. She didn't even ask me "how are you". She was rude until we entered the room. She never really looked me in the eyes. Maybe she was tired, maybe her job is boring. I don't know. Once in the room she started the interview in a very fast way and 15 minutes later I was waiting for the Oath. So even if she wasn't the kindest I had a good experience. The whole office looked very efficient!

I was at this office on Tuesday September 12,2023 had my test interview to become citizen appointment I started at the parking lot plenty of parking and it’s free walk into the office the officer in the front desk were really nice walk to the checking desks and the person there was nice too he send me to wait for my appointment at the lobby and wait for around 15 minutes then officer WAN was my interviewer he was a very patient helpful person I expressed to him that I was nervous and scared to fail the test he told me not to be that he was not mean or rude so he made me feel confident and sure about my test I am so grateful and thank god for putting him in my interview thank you so much Miter WAN for being that amazing person god bless you that same day had my oath ceremony and the person that did the ceremony was really nice too thank you everyone such a great service in this office

I want to express my deep appreciation and gratitude to the USCIS office employees for their excellent work, support, and assistance. From Security officers to the representatives, officers are welcoming and supportive.

Also, I would like to say thank you to the kind, caring, and great Officer Wan for my Naturalization interview.

I had a very good experience with the staff when I went to my citizenship interview.especially with the officer Wan, a very good person and very professional in his work.

Staff at this location are very nice. It’s just that their system was down when I came for my scheduled interview and had to wait a long time from the interview process to oath taking ceremony. It’s a technical issue and not the staff’s fault. The officers were great and very straightforward with the interview questions. Overall, still a great experience! Thank you

I had a timely, efficient and pleasant experience with several team members/staff. It was overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend this facility.

People were very quick to get me in and out for my interview. My oath ceremony was on time and within the same day of my interview. There’s plenty of free parking and overall it was a great experience!

I accompanied my mom here a few weeks ago. We got there at 8am. Got called in 8: 15am. Finished at 8: 40am. Very detailed interview. Very efficient. Very professional from entrance through security, to picture taking and fingerprinting and interview. They could not scan her fingers because of the glucose checks. Otherwise, oath taking will be the same day. Mom's oath taking is in a few days.

Well, they are nice. They are just nice. However very slow, not so efficient. You have to wait without reason. They are nice. They answer you all. But their work is very frustrating. Hope it’s case by case however they say it’s just stamp and will take 10 min. I have been waiting 1 hour 47 minutes so far…

Super nice staff. Wait wasn't too bad. Not crowded. Easy free parking right across the street.

I came for my interview and I kept hearing systems were down. By the time I was done with my interview systems were up and running. At that point one of the officers recommended I stay for the next ceremony available at 130 pm (My appointment was at 1030am and arrived at 10am) Once they started handing out certificates mine was not there. I stayed for the ceremony and I was told someone would update me. 3pm and I had to ask someone who was leaving and said mine will be with the next ceremony at 330.330 comes and still no certificate and they can't tell me why or how long. We have families and jobs to get to. Very unorganized, unprofessional and RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! We pay for your services.
