USCIS Santa Ana Field Office reviews
7Parking is to the right of the building. Make sure you have an appointment! Once inside you'll wait to be called to a window. They are very professional and helpful.
I passed my US citizenship interview. I don't know how to contact officer Duong, T.so I'm posting here, hoping he can see it. I was so nervous and the test process was terrible but in the end he gave me a pass, he was so kind and it will change my life, I really appreciate his help and wish him all the best.
I must say after I read some of the reviews I was terrified of going to this this location. I was prepared for the bad experience but to be honest it was a pleasant one. Security at the door very friendly and helpful. My immigration officer J. Ochoa was a really cool guys. Thank you sir for your kindness. Today I was sworn in and I am officially a US citizen.
Congratulations for your excellent service and attitude of all who work here. Keep in that way

Just finished my appointment, everyone was so friendly and nice. The interview went quickly, the interviewer was very nice. Overall great experience. Thank you guys.
This is the worst place to come for an interview. I came in 3 times requesting an emergency travel document to attend my grandfather’s funeral. Supervisor Officer Chin denied my request due to not having the funeral details from the cemetery where my grandfather will be buried. A death certificate was not enough because “he doesn’t know what will happen to the deceased body” as in like there’s many options to do with a deceased body. I explained that back in my third world country little town, there’s no such thing as a receipt from the cemetery, you just pay someone from the town to sell a space at the cemetery where you can dig in a hole to bury your deceased family members. It was Very disappointing, heartbreaking, and the impotency felt was just devastating.
