USO Neil Ash Airport Center reviews
20Fantastic USO! I felt very welcome here. Complimentary food, drinks, blankets, and the softest leather couches you coukd fall asleep on. This is a must if you're waiting hours for your flight, just show your military ID and easy tog et in.
Great rest spot between flights, and they offer family activities. I was surprised that they allowed retired service members in. Most USOs' don't.
Quiet and clean. This is a great place to wait for a flight away from the bustle of the airport. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.
This is one of the nicest USO's you'll ever visit. It's very large with lots of seating, a large area to eat in, and a massive patio.
Fantastic USO with the loveliest volunteer staff. Definite recommend if you have time to kill at the airport!
Free food like hotdogs and chips, comfy couches to crash on, a pool table etc. Better than the Dallas Texas, Seattle Washington or Chicago Illinois ones are.
. WOW.the biggest USO ive experience thus far.service is great.helpful in other military aspects - both retired and active.
I haven’t been to this USO since it was a trailer back in 1999. A lot of improvements have been made over the years and they are most welcomed. Maybe one day I can come back. The only suggestion I have is where is the popcorn machine?
Nice respute for weary military and veterans. Still has standard hours despite other USOs limiting there's due to COVID.
As a retired Navy family with kids under 10, the USO is always a welcome sight, just to have somewhere quiet to escape. The staff, as always, are great. This location boasts many extended sofas with cabinets of pillows and blankets, free Wi-Fi, guitars/piano, pool table, books, an outdoor patio with kids area, and a cafe.
The only downside is if you going out of Terminal 1/Southwest, this is a little distance to get to the USO. If you have a lot to carry, it can be a bit. But worth it!
This USO location is wonderful. Relaxing in the sun before my flight home. This facility is excellent and has a large cute patio area outside with an outdoor grill.
Great staff. Food good. Hot dog with delish potato salad. Comfortable setting. Liked how 1 "quiet" area was set up with dimmed lighting where service members (or families) could rest. Family room is small, perfect for just 1 family. Upholstered furniture could use a refresh.
This y place to put my head down after a long trip. I was able to charge my phone, get a cup of coffee. You will always find soft drinks, hot chocolate, fresh fruits, watch tv. Wven, if needed, take a quick shower. The staff member (all volunteers) are always friendly and willing to make you feel welcome and at home
So far so good, no problems. I just want a smoke room past the TSA security check so I can still smoke and not be around non smokers
First USO I've been to with such a nice outdoor sitting/dining area. Other aspects of the club and the volunteers were great just like at most locations.
This USO is so amazing! I Loved every bit of my brief stay. Thankful for the staff. The woman here recommended a few places for my family on Broad st and she truly made our day.
I came through a few years back and now as a retired navy sailor the experience was just a good as the last one. Military members are treated like royalty, they offer a variety of snacks, appetizers and drinks. You have a dinning area to eat and individual lounging areas with monitors to watch TV and keep track of your flight, and free WiFi.
Best USO in the country. It's a great time to just relax. The food is great. The hospitality was even better. If you're bored they have a plethora of things to do there. And for service members with children you have board games, a nice bath room, and plenty of space for your children. I want emphasize how awesome staff was though. Super helpful and they treat you as if you're family.
This USO was amazing. My daughters loved the play house and the giant connect 4 game. There were showers available, great food and a nice place to relax and wait for our flight.
