10I live in TX, expecting a package. My item was accepted by them a week and a half ago and no updates to tracking since. All of my calls have been unanswered.
I wish I have read the reviews before I went.this is the WORST USPS store, no doubt. Located on a sketchy street w/o sufficient parking, this place is kind of nasty. Workers are moody af and their poor services will likely ruin your day, no kidding. As they are not wearing any gloves and only doing the bare minimum to protect the health&safety of their customers, I would highly recommend NOT GOING, especially at this time.
Not from LA, I called in to make sure a package was sent to a friend because the tracking ID said it was sent back to them. Women on the phone was very rude and dismissive and gave a fake number to call. Because she “claimed” I was calling the wrong place. Saying, “ this is a private institution”. If that ain’t a bunch of bs. When the tracking ID shows the item was still in there possession.
I called and someone with a really thick accent picked up and unfortunately I couldn't understand them so I said "I'm sorry I don't understand could you say that again please? " twice. The second time, they hung up on me without saying anything. I attempted to call again but they didn't pick up. Rude and not helpful!
Lady who works there isn't helpful in any way. Outside of shipping something, you'll need to figure out your issues with USPS customer support
This place has bad service, I lost my package it has been 1 month, also rude woman has no communication etiquette, it is sucks, they have to pay for my package like 300$. So rude woman.
I've been around for more than 15 years this is the only post office I really like to work with they are so professional and friendly they have been helping me in every single request that had.
It's so small and terrible to park. Very unfriendly staff members there as well. Why would I go there?
The worst location i went to drop of 7 boxes and they couldn't received them. Why do they ship in the first place if they can take does boxes. Then she wanted us to wait for the USPS car so we can load them
