USTOSHOP.COM, Vernon CA

I ordered a blouse on September 23rd. I was sent an email it had shipped on September 26th. It’s October 16th and the tracking information shows the package is still not shipped and sitting in California. I emailed for information on the order…no response.

If I could give negative stars I would,
They had my package in their warehouse for over a month and I had to get in contact with the person I bought my package from and threaten to cancel my order to get them to send it out.

I ordered through another company and it was shipped using this company but it's been stuck at their location almost 2 week now. Also I have two different tracking numbers for 1 order?

I live literally 20 minutes from this location yet they still have not shipped my package.you could literally walk to my house and its taking them this long.

I had order my package from a private vendor and it went to the company. My private vendor sent me the tracking number and I never got it yet. They saying that the package don't identify as USPS label. Been in California for a month already

Do not even think about buying anything from this company. I ordered an item ten days ago. They sent me a notice that it "shipped" the following day but according the the USPS tracking site it did so without ever leaving the shippers building! That building is two states away from me btw; it could be here in a couple of days.if they ever actually deliver it to the USPS for delivery that is.
Update; my order finally shipped and when it arrived it was not even close to the item I ordered. My order, and what I paid for, was a diecast model of an aircraft, what I got was a cheap costume jewelry ring (?). When I returned to the website from which I ordered the model it was no longer up.this is nothing but a scam, avoid it.

For everyone who is receiving a package from these guys and it says that it’s in your state or in your country. It’s actually still in china being shipped, they do this so they can be able to crete a usps label before hand. So that’s why your package isn’t updating, just wait about 2-3 weeks until your package actually Arrives in your country.

Got sent a package from them and did not order anything at all from them. Don't know how they got my information

Package has been stuck there for over 2 weeks, absurd. They don't answer or respond to emails either.

An item I ordered through another company was shipped using this company and has been stuck at their location for over a week. The phone number on their Google listing is no longer in service and they have yet to reply to my email.

Might as well be a scam if not directly a scam. This company is awful.

Received a random package in the mail. It comes from this company. It sat in there warehouse for over a month before they shipped it out. Very odd to receive a random magic eraser. Not sure what kinda scam this it but am sure it’s something. Says it’s suppose to contain a lab top bag. I never order a lab top bag from any site.

I’ve been waiting for my package for almost a month it’s been sitting at your facility and not sent to usps you guys are SCAMMERS! Worst company and I will get you guys shut down!

Terrible company. I ordered a package and it “shipped” through them and it never got delivered to USPS. Package never came.

They are bogus scammers. Never recieved product someone from consumer affairs should investigate this company based off of reviews

Scam and Bogus company name snakejewellry.com. I never received merchandise and they stopped responding to my emails. Do not order anything that does not have a place to see and write reviews. Hope this helps the next person.

Please respond to my email if you can. My package has been stuck here since April 20th. Id like to have it sometime soon or see it move into USPS possession.
