5Ordered an exhaust from them and they said it would be 5-8 days, coming up on 2 weeks and can't get ahold of any one. Just want an update or a refund on it.
Have been waiting for full length exhaust for weeks now. Was told it was gonna be 9-11 days. Can’t contact anyone over the phone or email. Their Instagram has been removed and there has been zero communication. Just want the issue resolved at this point it’s ridiculous they can even consider themselves a business.
Been waiting for over 3 weeks for my Rev9 Turbo manifold. Was able to get a hold of someone a week ago and told it should ship by the end of the week. That was last Friday. Called over 50 times on Monday November 6th and no one ever picks up. Left voicemail, texts, Instagram, email etc. Just want my product or refund. Reported it to PayPal today. How can you run a business if you can't keep your word.
So I order Wheels. Nothing for four days. I call, no answer. I email, Email Not Found. Finally I get a hold of someone, and He said "Shopify wont release the funds. " So then why no communication? He was very insistent that I can cancel the order as if He was going to cancel the order. I go to check the order status. CANCELED
What?
Call back, He said he canceled the order because Shopify hasnt released the funds.
BUT WHY WOULD YOU CANCEL THE ORDER?
Everything about this Guy seemed odd and off. I felt like I was getting scammed. Very strange customer service.
I hope the money goes back in my account because that was the worst experience Ive ever had buying wheels for $2400.

I NEVER EVER EVER EXPECTED YPU TO SHIP THESE OUT BEFORE YOU GOT PAID. I EXPECTED YPU TO ANSWER THE BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER AFTER TWO DAYS OF SEVERAL CALLS EMAIL UNRESPINSIVE AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT JUST ACTED LIKE I WAS TRYING TO SCAM YOU
