Take too long for repairs and quotations
If you drive your car or truck to the back yard you will get a bunch of nails bolts and screws in your tires
I have a mixed review about this business.
The service personal are friendly, but the workers doing the repairs and the quality of workmanship is questionable.
They called me and told me my trailer was ready after having a patch repair done on the wall of my reefer.
When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the repair was already coming apart and some repairs I had requested in the estimate weren’t even done yet.
The employees in the Parts department are friendly and helpful.
I've been here many times before but this time I could not find a simple tube of full synthetic oil resistant silicone regular silicone will dissolved with full synthetic oil. So I always use full synthetic oil resistant silicone but I will always come back to this place. Good place too. Buy parts
Fair price for your trailer need. Indeed calling em’ probably not the best option. Just walk-in
All the employees from the very beginning were helpful. Over the phone, parts counter and parts pick up were professional to the end. I just wish I didn't have to go all the way to Fontana, CA though.
Debbie and Logan in service were very helpful getting our trailer in and out in the same day and fixed correctly!
