Since Covid isn’t going away anytime soon, staying safe and protected will always be a top priority. We have ordered many times through UVClean Health and are pleased with both the speed of shipping and the products they carry as well.
First, during Covid contact the company via email and not by phone. By email they are very communicative. Upon first try the Glow Tower UV-C room lamp did not light up. Asked for replacement bulb, even though it was past the 30-day warranty. The company still stood behind their product. Took two weeks to get replacement bulb, which worked. I believe this is one of the best, if not the best, product of its kind on the market.
