V & C Hair Salon reviews
2Victor was great, zero wait and cant beat the price. Very patient and no rush, cut, the way I wanted it.
I really wish this can be a positive review. I have been a customer of VC Salon for several years. During the pandemic, I started to cut my own hair which has been a habit ever since. My 3 year old daughter needed a haircut. I called the day before to inquire about the price for a child’s haircut. Victor quoted the price and asked how old. I informed she was 3 years and we concluded our conversation.
The next day my wife, child and I came to the shop and waited. After finishing with the current customer Victor motioned to us as if who was next to get a haircut which I said my daughter. One customer had just walked in. There were no other customers at that time. Then this is where I wish things went differently. Victor stated we needed an appointment for a three year old at which time he should have informed on our phone call. Poor communication. I asked when is your next opening. He said “We are booked all day, ” which I question the sincerity. He did not offer an alternate time. No interest in our business or to take care of a loyal customer. Victor was completely rude and dismissive. The first problem is not communicating that an appointment was required. The second issue was after years of my business as a loyal customer I was completely dismissed. The purpose of this review is not to de-characterize the owner but to inform that you need an appointment for a child. However the rudeness and dismissiveness should definitely be noted.
