Worst experience ever. Reservation was like nothing on weekends, then why should we bother make it? !? !? Way more crowded, arrogant attitude.if you cannot take so many ppl, then just don’t accept so much reservations or walk-ins. Just a fancy place but not worth visiting at all

We are members of 5 wine clubs and wine taste regularly in the US and Europe. We found the wines good but not exemplary at a high price point. Nice setting, although for these prices you’d think you could have hand towels or a functioning hand dryer in the men’s room.

Justin and Lorenzo were great at suggesting wines during our tasting. We were surprised how much we liked the Madeira. There was a barbecue food truck at the picnic grounds on the Saturday that we went. The grounds are beautiful!

The wine isn't very good, the service is bad, tourist trap. Our pourer kept walking way from us while we were talking to him. It felt like we were nothing but an inconvenience to him. As regulars to the Napa area, there are far better experiences out there.

With only time to visit 1 winery, we could not have chosen better. Ed took marvelous care of our tasting at the private bar. He is such a wealth of knowledge and a pure pleasure to interact with. V. Sattui is our new favorite winery!

My wife and I really enjoyed our tasting! So many different wines to choose from and love that they are kid friendly. Mark was a great server who was very knowledgeable about the wines and really took the time to explain each wine we were having and made the tasting catered to the wines we enjoy. I would definitely recommend and especially to anybody traveling with kids

It’s our first time travel to Napa. We did outdoor wine tasting. Mike was very friendly recommended us wine to taste. Thanks for Mike. You made our day and let us enjoy the wine very thoroughly. Will visit again! Highly recommend!

The tasting menu offered a diverse selection of varietals, from crisp and refreshing whites to bold and robust reds. Every sip was a testament to the winery's commitment to producing outstanding wines.

Don't have the wine shipped in the summer! It was suppose to arrive in 3 days. It took 6 and the wine sat in a warehouse for 3 days with temperatures over 110 degrees.

This winery is beyond amazing and beautiful. Ed, our host, was personable and funny. He suggested wines to taste that were wonderful. This is a must visit!

The place is refreshing for wine tasing. And the experts are very friendly. It's vsry entertaining for wine tasting here

We had an awful experience with customer service today. We bought a packet of breadsticks that was completely spoiled. I took a bite and had spit it out. Went back to the counter to return it or exchange it. The cashier went inside to check with the manager and came back declining the return or exchange.

We have brought friends and family to this place for decades. Not doing so again.

Their smile for customer service is "one way". As long as you as a customer buy and pay, they smile! You have a problem with their product - Expect rudeness!

Had our wedding here and later found out that they denied our vendors cold water. Keep in mind it was roughly 110 degrees in the peak of summer and they told our vendors who were thirsty that the cold water was for guests and that they, "the vendors" could only drink the water that didn't have ice in it. Whoever runs the catering/service here at V Sattui needs to get fired and we are absolutely livid that a basic necessity was denied to the people that where working the hardest and longest hours that day.

We called ahead to see about availability for walk-ins. To our surprise, they did take walk ins depending on current reservations and availability. We were able to be seated directly and being next to the vineyard and vines was nice. Once we chose our wines, it seemed like our server tended to forget about us. As closing time approached, we finally had to call them over to continue the tasting so we would leave before the vineyard closed. The wines were average, in our opinion, and weren’t described to us either. Overall, we wouldn’t return here especially based on the tasting price and the experience we received.

Did an indoor wine tasting experience for 2 pax today. The overall experience was not enjoyable at all despite paying US$45 for each person. The guide for our tasting experience only gave 3 words for each type of the wine he poured which we both could easily read from the fact sheet on the table. The portions of wine in the wine tasting experience were so tiny despite the hefty price tag. We have been to vineyards in Australia and Europe and seriously the wine tasting experience was 10x much better. Honestly very disappointing.
The compound is beautiful and what I recommend is just to buy a bottle (any one) instead to try. It would definitely make much better value for money instead of paying US$45 for each person.
