Cut my finger. Left glitter and air bubbles in my nails. Would not ever want to come back. Not fully painted/chipped.

Love this salon, referred by a friend. The lady paid attention to details and made sure I'm happy with my nails. She's also very creative with my design. Recommend this place.

I got the V star pedicure (the works) and it felt wonderful and the place was very clean, however it did nothing to help the roughness of my heel. The technician only scrubbed for a few seconds and my feet are not sandal ready. I'm really disappointed.

New to Placerville and was referred here by a friend. She said this is the place for manicure and pedicure and they did not disappoint me. I enjoyed the services very much.my nails look gorgeous and last me more than 2 weeks.

The staff is so kind! They’ve treated myself and my family so well each time! We get pedicures and it always pretty quiet and relaxing. Massage chairs work well and everything is so clean. It’s our go-to place around the area.

Over charged for services and not all service was received. Spa pedicure mask ($39) Manicure Gel Shallac Polish ($37). For pedicure I asked for gel. I wanted French on both (usually $7) but have been charged ($14). Have received this same service in the past and I usually pay $83 and one time was told $90, but this time it was $100. Yes, it’s only additional $10 but what really makes me mad, is the manicure services. There was absolutely no lotion, no massage, no hot rock or hot towel. So when I told them that after I was told $100, the lady said it was too late in the day and received no discount. They didn’t close for another 20 minutes. I was so irritated but didn’t want to ruin the rest of my weekend. I called the next day to hopefully speak with a manager and left a message. Still no call back. Manicure is already chipping today too! Will absolutely never go back. I’m leaving this review in hopes no one gets treated like this again or finds a better place!

I came here to have my nails fixed from the last place that did them. They came put amazing and I am very happy. I'd refer they for sure. See ya next time.

I was very impressed with the services and products at V Star Nails Spa. The entire staff was very friendly, which made me feel right at home in their inviting spa-like atmosphere. They do nails, waxing, facials and makeup! Super clean environment with a contemporary decor. I received my mani/pedi on time and they had all the polish colors I needed to select from.

I only stayed for the pedicure but everything was great. The massage seemed to be very nice and they were very clear on what they were doing while they were massaging you. My nails look very good thanks to their work!

I made a appointment for a Saturday at noon. When I got there they were really busy. I did not sit down to get my nails done till 12: 28, when my appointment was at noon. I was very upset but I wanted to give them a chance. Finally a gentleman by the name of Henry called me over to do my nails. And he did the best job ever. He took care when doing my nails and the shape was perfect. I will come here again and I will recommend to friends as well. Just give yourself some time if you go on a Saturday.

This is the greatest nail salon in town. Every member of the staff is kind, and they will go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. They really care about how you enjoy your time there.
