I was completely impressed by the customer service of Howard and the young lady working behind the counter. Both were kind and courteous both times I went in, once to drop the vacuum off to have it repaired and second when I picked it up. In my humble opinion this is what customer service is all about thank you so much Howard. They have my business for life! God Bless.
