Vacuums Etc &More, San Bernardino CA

I called this morning for repairs for my carpet cleaner, got in the same day with speedy repair, plus something that will help if my dog gets ahold of the cord again! Excellent customer service, very fast service and a excellent price! I will be returning if I ever have repairs that need to be done. I will recommend this place to family and friends! They have snacks too!

We've dealt with Vacuums, Etc.for several years, and are delighted to commend the new owner, Brenda (and the renamed Vacuum, Etc. & More, now in her new, way-better location). She is one awesome owner / proprietor, who listens in order to fully understand the customer needs. Even several months after we moved to San Antonio TX, she helped us with a warranty claim with Riccar (fantastic vac, with a couple problems, now being resolved). Brenda was the sales associate who facilitated the purchase. It's not often a vacuum / sewing / accessories company is positively reviewed, but Brenda is one fantastic owner who will respect you, and properly (and economically) service your appliances. HIGHLY recommended.

I stopped in the store to replace my current Dyson model, that did not last nearly as long as the previous model I owed. I mentioned to the owner what I needed the vacuum floor (Hard floor, tile, carpet) and she advice on a model that was half the price I paid for the Dyson I wanted to replace. I was hesitant at first and I kept asking about higher priced models and she kept pushing me away from them. The vacuum did not disappoint, it clearly out performed my Dyson at half the cost even when that Dyson was new. This is a veteran owned store with their customers in mind first not the higher price sale which I would have purchased. I definitely will be a repeat customer.
