Vagabond Inn Executive Hayward reviews
16 I had a bad experience with the lady at the front office. I was actually surprised as to how she went above and beyond being unfriendly.
I am not even going to waste my time explaining because it was so bad that it would take me all night to explain it all. And that is way too much time out of my life to waste on a troglodyte like her.
Located near a convenience store and Mexican restaurant, and right off the highway, which is good. Check in was easy, though restrictive through glass and the agent was not very friendly or approachable. Rooms only have one working outlet, no lamp, and only one two mm thick bar of soap which broke immediately upon opening. Pet friendly, which is nice and rare in this area. Door room lock keeps breaking and key repeatedly stops working. No more breakfast "due to Covid", though I think that excuse doesn't really hold weight she longer This motel is all over the place.
Very nice compared to other places in area there is a 100 dollar deposit so heads up other then that it was a good stay with my FB
It's a great value and it's right next to the freeway, not far from Bart, and walking distance from a big shopping center.
Room was very clean and smells good, I called to make a reservation staff very friendly and helpful, I asked to add a second person name because he will be arriving before me and it was very good experience because he was able to got the key and wait for me in the room instead of be outside on the cold weather. Thank you and I glad I choose this hotel. We will coming back
Vagabond Inn is the place to be. It feels like a home. In terms of services its great, staff are self oriented and very helpful, a comfortable place i should say. During my stay I received excellent advice from the manager and he is highly respected as well as recognized by others. He is very good to me, to his guest and to his crews. A place to those who experience uncertainty, homeleness for the very first time. I will never ever forget the help I have received from this Organization called "Bay Area Community Services", in short (BACS. Org).
A million thanks and a place to remember,
Sincerely:
Marie
Nice rooms. Don't like the deposit of $100. Then it takes 1-3 day's to get back.
Now I'm not going to lie a lot of the people here are in a program as far as the residence but I feel like that's really nice of the people who own the hotel to allow the program to work there the people who run the hotel get five stars housekeeping extremely thorough and honest although the door keys are also a small problem you will have to replace them often
Now I'm being physically threatened and strongly accused of having someone in my room
It's a good place to stay
Big screen TV cable wifi house cleaning daily staff follow covid protocol at all times enjoyed my stay
Pearla and julian are the best.they give off a good vibe.remeber communication with people is the clue.keep up the good customer service PEARLA AND JULIAN
Stayed for a short time but even with covid the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Will definitely stay again.
Mostly disgusting place I've ever stayed. I don't even want to go into the details. Stay away if you can!
I like the back of my name it's nice comfortable in a nice area and it's all well. Here are really nice and polite anybody coming to the Hayward area please stay active a 500 A Street
A really good room for a great price. My wife and I both liked the room and it is well kept and up to date.
Clean room with a king size bed, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Coffee, juice and hot chocolate in the lobby all the time, breakfast is at 6 a.m. It's a long building, three stories, and I didn't see an elevator. I'm at the end of the hall so I heard the door to the stairways a few times last night
