Told Miguel atleast 40 times (but the guy was like talking to a wall) I didn’t want the warranty and yet still put it in the contract. Slimy business first customer second approach

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE, I BUY A USED 2018 HONDA WHEN I WENT TO SEE IT THEY CALLED ME THEY GOT MANY VERY GOOD OFFERS THE SALES MANAGER WAS THE MOST INTERESTED IN CALLING ME EVERYTHING IS WELL UNTIL THERE, I BUY IT EVERY MONTH THE ENGINE IS IN WEIGHT TO BURN OIL, I TAKEN IT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS USED AND I HAD NOT PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, WHEN I WAS TALKING WITH THEM ANOTHER PERSON WAS NEXT TO ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM FIGHTING WITH THEM, THEY DID NOT COVER ME ANYTHING I HAD TO I PAY EVERYTHING FOR THE FIX, DEFINITELY VERYYYYY MAY SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE, HONDA CARS ARE VERY GOOD BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY BAD TO FIX A PROBLEM BUT GOOD TO DECEIVE PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFUL MAINLY WITH OSCAR AND DAVID WHO THEY ARE IN CHARGE

The dealer was Very accommodating and cool at first, then once the manager came in he started to up prices once we were finalizing things with him. For example we said a certain amount as a down payment then he became pushy to add another thousand so we did and when he came back with the paperwork he added another 500 to it without telling us. Later he offered that he could bring the car I was looking for from a different dealer for no extra charge, we made sure that we as the buyers weren’t obligated to take it if it’s not what we liked (bc we didn’t get to see it personally) and they assured us of that multiple times, 2 dealers plus the manager in fact. They were also charging for things that already came installed with the car which was dumb. When we went to go see the car we were not feeling it so we were weighing out our other options & they didn’t like that when they were the ones that offered to bring it and said it was fine if we didn’t like it. They became aggressive and unprofessional more than they had already been and said rude remarks once we said our final no.

Buyer beware cars marked up crazy over msrp wanting in some cases 5000+ over msrp with idiotic dealer options installed that you can't even see what has been added onto the car, making a base model car cost more than a top trim at msrp very disappointing shopping experience will probably not return to this dealer if I decide to buy a Honda.

I checked their inventory online and asked them clearly if the price showing online (27k) is the actual price of the car before the taxes. They told me it was and told me to come in person on Sunday. I went to them on Sunday, and when I was finalising things, the accesories that already came included in the car, they started adding those accessories as additional cost to the price and made the total do much more than they told me. I even asked them to not give me the accessories and I will take the car for 27k,
so they told me they cant remove the accessories because they already come installed in the car. So I asked them why they charging extra for something that already comes in installed and shouldn’t they put everything with the accessories price on their inventory online if they arn’t optional? I understand putting additional price for optional accesories and the taxes but asking extra to pay for accesories that already come installed is not fair at all. They told me something else online and started playing these games when I actually went in. I was looking in the market for 2 weeks, I have went to go see the same car to 5 other dealers but no other dealers has done this before. These people were extremely rude and unprofessional even manager of this dealership don’t have manners

Miggy was an excellent salesman. I found my Jeep Wrangler online, exactly what I wanted, and drove here from the Bay Area. Miggy was kind and informative. Him and his team worked relentlessly to get me the best financing. They even called later to make sure I got home ok. I would definitely trust them to buy a car again.

Terrible customer service, the worst. If you want to be berated and power-tripped, go here. I bought a new Honda here but avoid it like the plague for service. They are overpriced, unfriendly, and have demonstrated incompetence on several occasions.
