Our family had an amazing experience purchasing our new vehicle at Valencia Acura. Dee and John were so patient and made us feel like truly valued customers. We would absolutely recommend this dealership and will be returning in the future.

2 stars for the friendliness of the service tech during my most recent experience but rest of the experience was far from the usual pleasant experience I’ve had for the past 5-6 years. Kicked off with a very late check-in which I understand if you’re short staffed but then it was just a hassle trying to get a shuttle back to the dealership which has never been a problem before. Usually the tech will set it up for me but this time I was asked to call near the time of when my car would be ready. When I did try to call the main number from Google to set up a shuttle, a sales person, who I will not name, picked up the phone and told me he was going to forward me to the service department. So call goes silent and started to ring bringing me back to him when I thought it would ring to go to the service department. So when I mentioned I had just called and was looped back to him, he had a very dismissive attitude. He just told me to call back in 20-30 min because the service department is too busy. It would have been helpful if he just said, “Let me get your information and I will let the service department know you need a shuttle and they will contact you. ” Decided to try the text function to the service department and received no response. The receptionist also said she was trying to call me to set up a shuttle, but I had no missed calls and she confirmed the correct phone number. When the shuttle arrived, the driver called to let me know he was here but he was nowhere near the unit I had specified 2x to the person setting up the shuttle.
When I was dropped off, usually the tech is there to just review the service but office was empty except for the receptionist.
Ultimately, I was not able to get to the dealership until 45 min after my car was scheduled to be done. Plus my car had several barriers cones and a large A frame sign in front of it with a row of cars blocking me in from the side. The receptionist, who showed me to my car said she would have someone move the obstacles.
Don’t understand why she couldn’t do it herself or even the service tech who had helped me earlier. He walked pass my car while I was waiting in it with the motor running. He was walking with another client but he could have asked the client to wait for him in the office while he moved the barriers. Best solution: if you know a customer will be picking up their car soon because you set up a shuttle service, it would be a good idea to have that car ready to go instead of blocked in. So I had to wait until the car adjacent to me moved since no one ever came out to move the obstacles. Will not return for future service appointments.

One other thing that only happens at this dealership is when you sign up for a service tech, you rarely ever get the one you signed up with. Might as well just have a pool of appointments for scheduling since it really does not matter who you schedule with on the website.

Guess they no longer offer complimentary car washes either.

Had a service appointment and ended up being helped by Ashley Marx. She was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. Small, comfortable waiting lounge with some snack and beverage offerings, but there's also a mall nearby. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I came here on November 6 to purchase ILX and I am very happy with my new car. The floor manager John is an amazing guy excellent service I appreciate you. This dealership doesn't play games get straight to the point. August 31,2023 Well now I came back and traded my car to get a new Acura Integra a spec tech John again help me out this Acura dealership in’s really friendly they’re willing to do whatever it takes for the year to get a car the service here is very amazing I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else it would just be a waste of time John and his crew really do make you feel part of a family which I like they don’t push you into buying anything if you’re not interested.that’s why I keep coming back I’m so happy with their service I’m so happy with my new car Acura Integra a spec tech 2024 thank you again John and your team appreciate the business you️️️️️️️️️️

I had been shopping for well over 6 months for a new car. I knew what I wanted, the negotiating was the problem. Dealership markups are crazy right now and it’s even worse when you walk in. You just know you’re not getting a good deal. Until I came across here. Once I found the RDX that I wanted, Tina helped me out. Mind you I was still going back and forth with 3 different dealerships and yet none of them could come close to here. Tina never made me feel pressured or gave me any fluff with any “deal. ” You know, the deal that really isn’t a deal but they hope you haven’t done your research and accept. No matter how many I reached out to, this dealership gave me the best price. I felt welcomed and signing was easy. She didn’t try to sell me any more stuff. I felt good about my experience here and I love my car. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Robin assisted me during my service appointment and was extremely helpful! He made the process easy and stress free. He made sure that I was on the same page throughout the whole process. I’ll be a returning customer because of how helpful he was.

Matt Randall and John DeFrancisco treated me to a first class car buying experience.
Matt was the epitome of a product expert and highlighted every feature the Type S TLX had. He made the demo and presentation of the car personable, informative and enjoyable.
Both gentleman were completely transparent and honest regarding numbers. They made the process quick and easy.
This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had.
- Make sure you ask for Matt if you want an a great experience buying an Acura!

My new Integra. I just wanted to say thank you to Matt Randall @yourscvcarguy. I’m fortunate to have interacted with you. From the moment I reached out to Matt for assistance, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I received the support I needed. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to really understand my concerns.
What really stood out to me about Matt's customer service was his attention to detail. He didn't just provide me with generic responses, but rather, he took the time to understand my unique situation and tailored his responses to meet my specific needs.

Had an appointment this afternoon with Christina to see a vehicle and drove the 1 1/2 hrs to see it to find out it sold in the morning. Very unprofessional that they couldn’t let me know so definitely won’t be doing business with them!

5/2/23, Reply to your response. Have good business practice and train staff! She called me well after the car sold to verify I was still coming to my appointment! And it was a brand new car, not used.

Started with Matt Randall over the Internet he got me into the dealership and both Chris and John took great care of us. We were really short on time due Covid challenges with the sitters but the dealership did a great job not wasting our time. Negotiations took no time at all. Low pressure sales Environment. No one has harassing us before we could park. No up-sale during the signing process. Paperwork took a few minutes. Took longer to wash the car and install our accessories than anything else. Love our new car and super grateful for the team at Valencia Acura. Without a doubt will be back again. Small miscommunication during the sales process was discovered a few days later and the John the sales manager took care of it immediately even though he didn’t have to. Can’t say enough about how happy my wife is with her new Acura.

Still very happy with the car and the dealership. The few times we’ve brought it in for service to warranty work Christian has taken great care of us and making sure the repairs are done in a timely manner that fit our schedule. Really good service advisor.
