Fernando, maintenance guy is always great to deal with! He makes sure we’re always taken care of!

My husband and I moved in to our apartment in October. We absolutely love our apartment, but the appliances (dishwasher, laundry) are extremely outdated. The complex is very nice, but tenants do not pick up their dog’s feces and neither does the apartment staff, so you have to watch where you step.

While the front staff has been very nice and helpful, the same cannot be said for the maintenance service. One time our light switch broke and it took 30 + days and multiple calls to get it fixed. The next time our dishwasher broke and it also took 30 days to get fixed and multiple calls. They say they will arrive on a certain date or time and then never show. Our washer broke. We put in a request and the next day they said he was going to arrive the following day, since we have a dog we had to make sure we are home all day, but once again he did not show and we still have heard nothing. We called the front office and she said she was going to get ahold of them and call us right back. Crickets.
It’s really ridiculous to pay such a hefty price in rent to have to go a month without a bathroom light, another month without a dishwasher, and now at least a week without a washer machine.

Great apartment complex to live in. Quiet and clean community. Responsive to requests and questions.

Living in an apartment, maintenance is always a concern. However, since moving into this apartment, I no longer worry about it. Whenever there is an issue in our home, they always respond promptly and visit us without delay. And they fix everything perfectly. I am always grateful for their kindness.

Especially thanks to jaime. He always explained me what's the problem and how he repair. The specific with kindness, is really helpful to me living well here.

It was a frustrating day when the air conditioner suddenly broke down at night. I sent an email to the management team about the issue, and they came for repairs the very next morning. The air conditioner was fixed thoroughly, and I am now enjoying a comfortable environment. These experiences give me the confidence that I made the right choice by residing in Valencia Apartments. And I also appreciate once again, about his consideration to ensure that my child wasn't disturbed.

Great place to live and really great professional staff. Would recommend to anyone in SoCal. Really beautiful space and amazing amenities in La Habra. Current resident in a 2Bed/2Bath. Good location to Costco; Target and Walmart. Apartment is spacious and wood panel floors and center island. Love love it.

Rick F. Has been AMAZING. The move in process was fairly simple. The computer stuff was for the birds, and I wish that we could do it old school. But, That being said, the staff, they have been so wonderful. The day after we moved in, we had tragedy strike family, and we had to put our beloved pup to sleep. The day after, was a cinco de mayo party that the apartment held, and we were encouraged to come. I’m so glad we did. Getting to know our community and the staff on a personal level has been really good for us. Everything is clean and fairly quiet from what I can tell. I look forward to the year to come. Thank you Rick! You’re amazing. Hope to get to know you better!

I moved to Valentia by Windsor just recently. I had the pleasure of having Rick as my contact. I must have called over a dozen times asking questions. Rick treated each of my calls as if it was the first. From the beginning to the final day I moved in Rick made sure that everything went according to plan. Rick is a top notch professional and always has a smile to greet you. The entire leasing staff is amazing, you can count on great service.

After having seen several apartments in the area we decided to check Valentia,  walked in with no appointment on a Sunday morning and met Rick Frunchey.
Our first impression of Rick, very friendly, professional and caring, gave us a tour,  he went above and beyond to help us find the unit that best fits our needs and budget,  and I have to say, he is the reason we decided to move in and we are very happy with our decision.
No community is ever perfect but Rick has demonstrated to be a genuine caring person who will always go the extra mile to accommodate your needs, and always with a big smile,   we feel very fortunate to have him.
You don't always find good honest people like him,  thank you very much Rick for everything you do, keep up the good work!

First time using the online maintenance system and I marked the specific day I would prefer to have maintenance completed and they were right on target, had great communication throughout the experience (clog sink that took over an hour to unclog) and made the experience quick, simple and easy.:)

The Valentia apartments are a great place to live. Rick, the manager has been highly accommodating and goes above and beyond to assist to the best of his abilities. I am well pleased with the management and the cleanliness of the complex. The only con is the limited parking spaces for visitors - if all spaces are taken up, they must park by the CVS near by and trek over to the apartment building. Aside from that - it's a comfortable place.

I love my apartment, the area, and the staff! Stumbled on this apartment complex by accident while checking out many other ones in the area and this was definitely the best choice! The amenities are great, everything is very clean and well-kept, and I have had the pleasure to work with Rick in the front office since the beginning and he has been the most helpful and enjoyable person to work with!

There are many great communities out there and it might sound foolish that my husband and I decided to move to the Valentia Community because of Rick Fruchey our leasing consultant. Why foolish? Well what will happen if he decides to change careers or goes on an missionary trip to India or something? I guess we will see.
In the meantime knowing that a person so friendly, caring, someone who will take care of our needs in a prompt manner, someone like Rick is in the office gives me peace of mind.
He made us feel so welcome since the first time we set foot in the office and showed us the apartment we live in now as many times as we needed until we were certain. It is not easy to find people that are genuinely a people's person and when I find that I really value it.
He had me at "Fresh produce form Trader Joe's everyday" which is next door by the way!

I love these apartments they are very safe I feel very comfortable with me and my little one there very updated The leasing office very nice staff any problem Rick always takes care of it he’s sweet and very nice!

I have been at Valentia for a short time but it has been a fantastic experience so far! To put in a nutshell, big floors plans, beautiful landscaping, fantastic amenities, safe, and quiet! Compared to where we were before, this place truly feels like a resort. We looked around many different apartments but ended up choosing Valentia due to the great location and proximity to my work. There are lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby which is a big plus.

All of the staff we've encountered have all been courteous, friendly, and professional. I want to give a shout out to Rick Fruchey in particular, who has made our move-in smooth. He was very patient (emphasis on the patient) with my many questions and made sure I had everything I needed upon move in. He has a genuine way about him and he was one of the major reasons why I felt comfortable moving into Valentia. Rick is an asset to Windsor and I hope they are recognizing and rewarding him for his contributions to Valentia.

I also want to acknowledge the rest of the amazing staff. Kelly Melone has also been great in answering our questions and helping us with various requests. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed upon move in, but Jaime and his maintenance team were quick to fix and rectify the issues. All in all, I am grateful to have such great staff on site!

Overall, Valentia is probably some of the nicest apartments you'll find in La Habra. I truly believe you get what you pay for and for me, Valentia has been worth every penny. I hope to make this place home for a very long time!
