3 Called 5 times in 2 hours. Each time was told "I will call you back in 2 minutes. " And "We'll call you back in a few minutes. " They never ended up ever calling me back. Had to call the Glendale location to place an order to be picked up here.
I told them repeatedly that I was trying to place an order for my mother's birthday, and that I needed to leave for work. They don't care. Place has completely gone downhill. The other reviews saying that customer service is non-existent are right.
Her birthday was actually several weeks ago, and she wanted the blueberry pie. I tried calling over a dozen times back then as well. Each time an employee told me I would get a call back in a few minutes. Each time was a lie.
June 2023:
Was in Burbank for the holidays. Stopped by late in the afternoon hoping to get a slice of the coffee crunch cake. Unfortunately they were sold out but I was able to get their last mochi shoyu caramel cake.
I didn't eat it until the next evening and it was still quite delicious! Looking forward to coming back to score a coffee crunch cake!
Very, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team here. Everything I've tasted has been a homerun!
