I purchased the Buffalo Burrito and have to say it was really good. It was flavorful, and seasoned just right. The chicken had the perfect amount of buffalo sauce and the chicken was nice and tender. Definitely plan on purchasing from this establishment again.

Ordered my daughter the chicken rolled tacos.and it came with a black hair! None of the staff wear hair nets, and it's gross. We don't have any black hair in my house; so no I did not put it there. Also ordered a side of rice which was more than half hard rice and cold. Only went here out of convenience, anyway. Plus their prices are higher than all the other taco shops in the area. Its a hard NO for me next time.

Just drove thru for some late night eats, and the girl at the drive thru was awesome, super friendly, and really helpful! When we got home the food was exactly what we were craving! The carne asada tostada was delicious, full of carne asada, and it was huge! The chicken quesadilla is big enough for 2 people, and so yummy! Thank you!

Ordered Super Fries (carne asada fries). The fries weren't even cooked. Now I'm really curious as to why it took so long in the drive thru. I waited at the window after paying for 3 minutes. That's a long time to wait for uncooked fries. Won't be going back

If you go through the drive through make sure you get all you food! Even though the heavy set woman in the window says she double checked the order you need to double checking yourself.
Because if you don't you will be accused of trying to get free food, and all those staff will stick together and say the same thing that they gave the order right to make you look bad. I spent 78 dollars and they forgot a carne asada burrito with no pico, So this is a perfect place if you want to not get all your food and get treated bad for coming back and asking for what you paid for.

My least favorite place to get a Pollo Asada burrito. Chicken is dry and flavorless. Also cold. Only place I have to resort to putting on sauces.

The carne asada burrito was nasty, full of pieces of fat, there was barely any guacamole in the burrito, the flour tortilla wasn't even warmed up right gross.

Terrible food. Got the chicken enchiladas, the chicken was so dry I couldn’t even swallow it without a sip of soda…wife got a polo asada plate and didn’t even get all the things that were supposed to come with it. No dressing for the salad, no avocado…not the first time coming here, usually have good food.idk what the deal is. Just need to let you guys know your dropping the ball big time.

One of the worst cali burrito’s I’ve ever had in my life. Basically soupy inside the burrito, fries are cold, overall just bad. Also told me it would be 5 minutes on the phone and took them 20

I got the Philly burrito last night and was disappointed.

Your version of the Philly burrito inexplicably has bacon, sauteed zucchini, and salsa fresca in it. None of those things are ever put on a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Compounding the issue is the salt content of the burrito. The carne and bacon are very salty, and there is no kind of sauce in the burrito to counter that saltiness.

Please rework the recipe.

First time eating here, we stopped by for a quick bite late in the evening before a trip and we were pleasantly surprised! The portions are amazing and the food taste really good. We will be back definitely. Thank you!

Amazing, authentic dining! A must when you're running late and don't want 'fast food'! A much better option! Servings are huge for the cost

OMG there is a Vallarta’s in my neighborhood so since my wife was at Grossmont hospital I thought I’d pick her up some food. She requested chips and guac. When I got to grossmont, I saw they only gave me chips. But they have a strict 30 minute visitor policy, so I literally had no time to fix the order. So when I went back they were trying to say they did put guac on it. I literally had to show them a photo I took without the guac. Something like 5 staff had a meeting about it. Finally a woman said I can give you the dollar difference, but I had to point out there’s a $5.65 difference between a side of chips and an order of chips and guac. But more to the point—it’s really BAD customer service. What happened to “the customer is always right? ” I didn’t even really care about the $5. I seriously would have been happy with a heartfelt sorry and a side of guac to go.

Great place for Mexican food.not necessarily fast food as the express implies, but very authentic and original. First time, and was impressed and will definitely go back. Carnitas combo and the Chili Relleno was my order and loved it. Highly recommend it.

This place is hit and miss don’t order anything special it will be more than likely wrong but the food is good for the most part

This location is just so far below the others in quality and portion size. The Genesee and Carlsbad spots are absolutely incredible, so it’s extra disappointing when the experience is always so lacking here. Hope management can go in and raise this place up to the standards of it’s sister locations. I only stop here on occasions because it’s closest to my house and I always regret it.

Always great, but almost at every location, they almost always give no hot sauce or the girl cashier's always hate working there but everytime it's a cook or guy cashier they love working there. Idk why but often when asking for extra hot sauce, cashier always rolls their eyes. 2 hot sauces is not enough for a whole tray of carne asada fries sorry!

The absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had. First, the big chick got my order wrong and tried to act like it was my fault when I figured out half way through they didn't put chicken in my enchiladas. I'm not happy with the food or service.

Food is over priced and the service is inconsistent. I just ordered 4 chicken tacos with no lettuce and I asked for them to be split onto 2 separate plates. I received all the tacos on one plate and there was in fact hella lettuce on my tacos. It was also $30 for 4 drive thru taco shop tacos.

This lady is absolutely rude also very aggressive. I hope the owner sees this post. I had asked for my drink also side of rice and beans I had paid for. She screams at me asking for a receipt, I had shown the receipt she grabs it out of my hand. As she proceeded to give me my bag with the rice and beans she shoves it in my hand along with my drink almost feel all over my car window. This is not my first experience with her being aggressive. I would think a restaurant would strive on customer service especially almost paying 38 dollars for myself along with my wife to eat. I have never had these problems at clairmont location along with Mira Mesa. This will be my last time eating at any location, I work hard along with any one else. You can see in the previous rating this is the same lady working around 9pm at night. I will make sure my friends also close ones don’t come to any locations this is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would
