Vallarta Supermarkets, Palmdale CA

Regular basic grocery shopping is good no complains but I ordered food from their little restaurant inside Vallarta worst mistake I could have made I got food poisoning from a pozole plate I ate their.never again

Luv this store, it's clean, well stocked & the self check out is perfect. Parking lot is always busy but i always find a place to park with no problems

Store the.same, but the service quality is a little better. Check out is a longer process because of Covid 19 (6ft Social Distancing).

Worst food market in our valley, it's not what it used to be when they first come to the antelope valley, I don't like going to Vallarta since a few years back, I went today and it has changed for the worst, if I went was to avoid an argument with my wife.

Store was clean and I Found everything I was looking for except western bagels im add said there was a variety and as usual at Vallarta they only had plain

They are ok inside bit on the outside its terrible their cleaning- disinfectant precautions! (If there is any) they are not sanitizing their cars! You have to touch it before you disinfect it yourself! What a bargain!

Has great pork tamales. Good store for vegetables and fruit. Meat great also. Good prices. Bakery wonderful.

Puerto Vallarta makes their own Tortillas and are by far the best, freshest and tastiest in Southern California, by far! I refuse to by Tortillas anywhere but here, end of story!

Employees Are extremely courteous and helpful.

Decent selection of food items, but prices are higher overall than any other grocery store less Stater Brothers in Albertsons. Selection of items Is lacking overall from the bigger supermarkets.

The Carniceria is an outstanding place. To have breakfast lunch or dinner. Decent prices also!

Outstanding / excellent butcheria. Excellent quality and selections.

Outstanding and excellent quality of produce, but Prices are just a bit High.

Decent selection of beers / cerveza / wine. Including some rare tequilas.

Dairy items Are very expensive. Decent selection though.

The bakery here is very good. With an outstanding selection of items. However pricey. Not many items are baked here, though. Many Bakery items come from a distribution center. All Bakery items are tasty though.

I would give Puerto Vallarta a 5 + star rating if I could. And if there were more checkout cashiers. And if prices were lower Enough to be comparable with WinCo or Food-4-less.

Overall this store Is spotless and super clean. Vallarta is one of the very few supermarkets Which sells fresh fish? Without leaving an overwhelming fishy smell. This supermarkets Excellent cleanliness is something few supermarkets can match.

Out of all the Vallartas I been to this Is the worst one the food they offer to dine in is terrible! Like really bad I got a torta once here and they gave me one flippin bread what the L! I was about to tell them but I would have to drive back cause I took it to go!
It's dirty and the bathrooms smell constipated and gross I feel bad for the employees which have to use it there.
It's really bad go to Walmart instead there's sometimes flies in the sweet bread it's disgusting.
I'm sorry for the employees but don't come here!
I could go on for days of all the issues I find in this Vallarta but that's a waste of time.
Dont eat here don't go here it's not worth it!

I normally come here M-F before work and never experienced bad customer service. I’m sad to say that was not the situation today. The cashier was very condescending and rude. I don’t appreciate treated less than when I’m spending cash here daily. Judging by previous reviews customer service is a issue with this store. I will not be shopping here again

This Vallarta has improved a lot. The staff is super friendly everything from the cashier to the security guard. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. My husband asked one of the employees stocking items, to see if they had any more of a particular item. The employee happily went and checked in the back instead of just saying " we have only whatever is there". The produce looks also very fresh and prices are great. Keep up the great work.

Customer service let customers rudely cut in front of us in line after helping them twice.with out saying excuses me or I'm sorry.thats poor service.i wanted to let the management know. Also i went on the web site and asked if they cash real money orders.and be reply was si/yes.why did the worker tell me and my wife no and to basically go somewhere else and didn't help when she could have and let someone cut about 5 people in line that she did not help.not right so your workers only help who she wants.check your QA and you said si/yes.im calling. The BBB.

I love Vallarta but keep in mind that when buying certain items such as meats or anything refrigerated, try going somewhere else for them, or risk it all and purchase it here. I’ve returned items that have mold, I’ve purchased horchata that tasted rotten and milk that smelled horrible. (this is EVERY Vallarta don’t get me started on superior) I feel like a lot of their workers, since, are younger, are lazy and feel they should just put back these items rather than discard of them. There’s been MUTIPLE times and I cannot stress it enough I’ve seen meat or fridge items sitting at their checkout station and KNOWING itll be put back on their shelves for someone else to purchase.the manger needs to tell them to either put it back ASAP or to toss it once it’s been there long enough. Again, Great place for produce, BUT take your Business elsewhere if you’re looking for fresh meat and refrigerated items.

Very clean and meat & produce is fresh. Shelves are neatly organized. A pleasant environment to shop in.
