Vallejo Ferry Terminal Parking

Convenient. Needs more security. Lots of sketchy people just walking around. Dont leave valuables in your car.

Do not park here. We have issues with theft every time we leave a vehicle overnight. This time they drilled a hole in the bottom of the fuel tank and stole the gas. Now I have a $2,000 repair estimate to get tank replaced. Such a joke and I was inside the parking garage.

At least four catalytic converter’s stolen the day we were there, absolute joke, securities must be in on it since they never seem to see anything, even a Vehicles being jacked up so they can cut them out. Nobody sees that either … Maybe Time to enforce the laws ourselves as the police here don’t seem to care… what a joke of a town Vallejo has turned into…

The perfect place to leave your car and have your catalyst stolen, your windows broken and your belongings stolen and no authority wants to file a report, you have to do it online, think twice before using this place.security absent and they are not responsible for anything, no cameras, no authority

Catalytic converter stolen form parking garage. Security company listed in garage does not service that location anymore. I would have saved $1300 if I drove to SF.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Lots of theft. Used to have security and working surveillance cameras. Now the security is gone and the cameras don't work. Thieves are stealing catalytic converters, batteries and breaking into cars. (Especially catalytic converters, many have been stolen.) The city and police do nothing. You are better off driving into SF and parking in a private garage with security for your commute.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Got my window smashed and video of man stealing catalytic converter off of truck in front of me on my dash cam.

Catalytic Converter stolen as well after I warned the person not to park there. Broken glass in the lot. Police do not care yadaa yadda. Less than a block from city hall lol.

Years past no problem. Now - nope! Apparently, the company that oversees the parking garage is well aware of thefts of catalytic converters and has YET to put up any signage (it's on the way) and the garage isn't monitored like it used to be. Thanks!

My catalytic converter was stolen in the middle of the day. Is there no security? No patrol? No cameras? Really disappointing considering the ferry is by far the best transport to the city.

Do NOT park here if you value your belongings.

Parked a rental car here for a day trip to SF for a Giants game while on a family vacation, came back to find windows smashed and 6 people’s luggage for a week stolen. We had covered everything with blankets, but was still obvious there was stuff in the car.

The trip was for a family wedding, so wedding clothes and gifts were taken, total value stolen added up to $18k. Vallejo police were utterly useless and could not care less. No one will monitor this lot and no one will stop people from breaking into your car, you will lose your items, and you will have no recourse.

Getting very unsafe wouldn’t recommend parking here at all. No cameras, no security, broken windows on cars, and Catalytic converter stolen just as many have experienced. Warning signs should definitely be put up, extremely disappointed won’t EVER return.

Don’t park here. We have always enjoyed taking the ferry to San Francisco but today was our last time. The parking lot needs security cameras. Our catalytic converter was stolen today.

After a perfect day in San Francisco, I returned to the parking garage (Vallejo Ferry) and the back windows of the rental car had been smashed in and EVERYTHING had been stolen out of the vehicle. They broke in, pulled the seats down and stole everything out of the trunk. I was parked near a camera. Several others vehicles were also vandalized this day. We called the Vallejo PD and they told us they were not coming out for situation and to file a police report online. I felt so violated. DO NOT PARK HERE!

A paid parking garage (which touts increased security) - my catalytic converter was stolen from my SUV. Will never park here ever again - and warn you not to either!

RICHARD and his team gave our family 10 star experience. They are an amazing example.of customer service. My son is so interested in your boats and Richard embraced a kids interest and treated him like a young man giving him information about the boat and the job. Richard takes pride in his career, take pride to provide exceptional customer service and is a fantastic example of what we all should strive for in our profession careers.
