2I began yoga 2 years ago, through Vallejo Yoga's online class, and it changed my life. I've continued to take their online classes-I live in SF-and they've all been great. Especially the Restorative Yoga class on Wednesday nights, online. The teachers are wonderful, smart and caring. I love this place.
A Vallejo gem! I attended class here for the first time recently. Amy was inviting, bright, and read the room exceptionally well to help you. Other students were also very warm and inviting. This is a particularly safe space welcoming to individuals of all ages and places in their yoga practice with a variety of modifications offered. All in all, I felt guided and supported in the practice while able to follow the hum of my own breath. I’m grateful the Vallejo Yoga community exists.
