1 Horror story here: my roommate left a car with Gerry and he not only lost it but refused to pay back storage fees for the time the car wasn’t even there. The business itself is uninsured and in my 8 years of finance have never seen a more poorly run and morally corrupt company.
It gets better: Valley Auto Storage accepted money for a car they had lost and were paid extra to turn it on every 2 weeks and they billed the car owner for it for 5 months when they didn't even have the car in their possession.
When confronted about the issue, Gerry was very agitated and blamed anyone he could without accepting any responsibility that was clearly his.
Google should let you give negative stars, or zero at the very LEAST. Stay away from this business.
