Valley Breast Care and Women's Health Center reviews
6Amazing personnel, super kind, uplifting, and listen to your concerns.
The mammo tech was wonderful, 5/5, the ultrasound tech was very unfriendly, the front desk girl was very rude, when I returned their call I waited for more than 45 min and got a lot of attitude. This office seems to have a “god complex” amongst the staff, which sadly I know is common with nurses, but wow, I will not be returning here ever again. Good luck to anyone who chooses to go here.
Great place but there’s room for improvement with customer service. They have poor phone etiquette. They also claim to have no way of uploading results to MyChart or any such help. They have to realize women are passionate about our bodies and we just want care with fairness.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They put you at ease & are overall an excellent place to get care.
Easy to find medical center. You do have to pay for parking. I was given excellent patient service. The medical clerks took the time to explain and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. They put me at ease with the process. Service like this is hard to find in the health care industry.
They are usually pretty good about getting you in and out in a reasonable time. If you have an appt and it's your first time, allow extra 15-20 min before it to fill out paperwork. I've been going for years and still have to update annually. They are very efficient but block an hour to 1.5. They don't validate but there is parking slots available for pay. An hour and a half will run you about $5. Not bad. Building is easy to get to from there, no massive weaving or hallways.
