5 My son had a tumor in his spinal cord. I took him to so many different doctors in Modesto bc I knew my son was sick. 1 year for a MRI. It was a nightmare TO SAY THE LEAST.
BRAVO TO VALLEY CHILDREN'S NUERO and nurse Lydia (a wonderful nurse who goes way beyond in customer service). Dr. Valero thank you very much.
Awful doctors that put you off. Do not call you with results. Very unprofessional. Just awful make myself and my daughter worry.with no answers. Worst care ever.
My question is why kids still have to go to Sacramento or Madera for treatment. When this facility was being built donations were being requested in all the surrounding stores we all donated money because it was much needed children's hospital in our neighborhood. So the facility opens and 3 of my grandchildren still have to be driven to Sacramento and Madera to see a specialist. What a waste of money! I hardly ever see cars in the parking lot and wonder if it is even open. It's not fair that only a few children can use this facility and most other children have to be driven to Madera or Sacramento when we live across the street to a children's facility!
Javier Valero saw my son who is no fan of coming to the doctors and Javier was great my son was comfortable and he interacted well with my kiddo
Ive been here about 3 or 4 times. It is nice and very clean. They see us right on time or sometimes even a few minutes before if we are ready and checked in for our appointment. Dr. Clemente (Endo) is an amazing doctor. Very patient. I like this place. They see you way faster than Valley in Madera.
