I have really liked the place a lot. I was under care of Dr. Azarian. She did really good job. Then she was let go by the company. Everything went downhill. I still gave this place a chance. Lately, it has been not the best experience. First, you have to wait 2-3 hours to see a doctor. I was waiting for about 4 months to get the cataract eye surgery. Dr. Rajacich himself stated that I should wait 4 more months to do the cataract surgery because there are new eye lenses coming out in spite the fact that my cataract was ready. At that time, I was not even given a chance to say that perhaps I don't want new lenses. I trusted the doctor and his MD expertise so I waited. I waited 4 months to just received a phone call saying that the Presbyterian Hospital is so booked that the surgy will be available in 6 months. Please note my cataract is super ready and ripe. I was quoted $2400 per lens so the surgery can be done in his office. I do not have that kind of money. He should have scheduled the surgery and put me on the list months ago knowing the backup the hospital has. I believe that Dr. Rajacich neglected my situation. He is the owner of the company and he knows that the hospital has a long waiting list. He was thinking about is his money pocket. He was not thinking what's best for the patient but what is best for his pocket. I was so disappointed.

Detailed, board certified, and gets the job done better than expected. Doctors confidence is really a big plus. I can see great now, incredible, thank you

As so far l really like the place. Dr. Narine Azarian is absolutely outstanding doctor. She is so professional knowledgeable kind and because of her l am there. She made possible my trip to Poland. She was on the top of everything and recommended very good doctors to my laser surgery be done on time before the trip. The desk receptionists are very kind as well.

I had a bad experience going to this center. I had never had this terrible experience in any hospital, urgent care, or eye center before. The staff is not helpful at all and has an awful attitude.

I made an appointment the last week of November 2021; the only opening for the Doctor my insurance assigned me to was January 10,2022. Which was a long wait but it is what it is, it was his only available appointment.

However, I received two text messages confirming my Jan 10th appointment. The first on December 27,2021 and the second confirmation text was sent to me on Friday, Jan 7,2022, three days prior to my scheduled appointment. To which I replied, "YES, " to confirm the appointment both times.

I showed up to my appointment on Monday, January 10th, only to be called right back up to tell me the doctor I was scheduled to see, and had confirmed the appointment for, as recently as 3 days prior, no longer worked there and my appointment was canceled.

I was told they tried to contact me, I however, never received a call. Or at least not a call that went through. I did have voicemail that I found after they said they had called, where they did say that my appointment was canceled. Firstly, however, the call must of dropped and went straight to voicemail, because my phone never rang. Secondly, I would have no reason to assume it was canceled being that, I not only confirmed it twice, but had literally just confirmed the appointment (why wasn't I notified when he left the practice instead of confirming?). Thirdly, the call was made that morning, which most doctor offices tend to agree is not enough notice for a cancelation.

But still what can I do? The receptionist took my number as was told they would call me after they got back from lunch.they didn't. I've called this morning and left a message.still nothing. I just want to find out if I can see any one else at the facility or if I need to contact my primary doctor for a different referral, which I was told would be clarified for me via a phone call.that hasn't been made yet.

My mother has been having the worst experience and breaks my heart seeing her not get the care she deserves. She got two styes in both eyes and hasn’t been able to work for the past week. 2x she specifically asked to be seen with a specific specialist and every time they gave her someone else that she didn’t agree to see. Then she was suppose to have a follow up and canceled less than 24 hours. This is so upsetting when someone is suffering and don’t do their job especially around the holidays. Not accommodating and not putting their patients first.

My mother has been a patient there for a while to treat Glaucoma and follow up with them. My mother and I, who have given her rides and assisted with each visit recently, had to deal with unpleasant experiences from their possibly inexperienced or unhappy staff. We have such bad experiences with treating patients in greeting, schedule handling, unbearably long waiting time, interacting attitude in customer service, etc. With this exceptional covid-19 pandemic circumstance, I tried hard to understand them and be patient to see an improvement since I expressed and explained the issues we had after each visit. But still, yet, my wife and I did see nothing has changed until today. So I finally decided to write a review hoping their management team to be aware of what customers are experiencing there and hoping to see any interventions implemented and any improvement as a result before it became too late. Although we scheduled our appointment during less busy hours and arrived there on time, we had to stay there for a minimum of 2-3 hours, including waiting time to get approximately 10-20 min eye examination and maybe 10-20 min Dr's consultation as follows. It seems that they are always overbooking patients and made them wait for average 1-2 hours with no explanation and no excuse. I have never seen a smile from the front desk staff, and they look so annoyed to see patients made me wonder why they are there to service patients. We have no complaints with the Drs.

My wife and I have been long term patients at Valley Eye Center, but have not been pleased lately with the staff. My wife recently visited the Center for evaluation and treatment. When she left she forgot to get a copy of the procedures and payments. She had another visit last month and at checkout we asked about the paper work we needed a copy of. They said they would mail it to us. Didn't happen. I have called 3 times and sent an email about this and I get referred to some staff member that is not at their desk. Return of voicemail is a joke. No one calls you back. I asked to speak with a manager or staff supervisor this week and got the same transfer to a phone to leave a message. No call back. Very disappointed the way we have been treated about this.
Problem resolved today. Thanks VEC

More then 15 years ago, i had a Lasik surgery with Dr Rajacich.
This was wonderful.

Last year had Dr Rajacich removing the cataract from both eyes.there are no words to describe the Haigh level of care, by Dr Rajacich and his staff.
Always available, always professional generous and kind.i referred 2 of my friends who are also very happy.i recommend this clink 1000%

Excellent service got my glasses within two weeks and the glasses are perfect with the sunglasses tint and the anti scratch and blue light they are very professional

Dr narine azaryan is awesome very sweet
I left highly satisfied
