Dr Gagnon and the staff at Valley Eye Care Center were professional and very efficient in prepping and performing the cataract surgery. The procedure was quick and painless. A special shout out to nurse Marivic, who was very attentive, friendly and a great listener as that was putting me at ease prior to the surgery.

I'd almost forgotten what great customer service was like, but this group really understands and practices it! I've been to both locations and the experience is the same - warm, friendly, helpful. I heard the staff, both on the phone and and in-person, help a patient with insurance questions/issues. The staff stayed at it until the patient understood - no matter how long or how many times the same answer was given. Also with kindness. Dr. Gagnon did my cataract surgery and it was a breeze. Dr. Schrupp is doing my follow-ups, and she's amazing. She told me more about my eyes in 5 minutes then anyone else ever did. And she listened to me. It was an interactive appointment.

Friendly, experienced and well-equipped. It's also obvious that this facility is competent from the fact that there are many patients who visited the place last time I was there.

Dr Anita Ng is very friendly and professional. During my visit with her, she asked me about my medication if I experienced any pain or any problem after my procedure. She is very nice.

Valley Eye care is awesome. I had 2 eye surgery’s. They made Sure I was comfortable and feeling OK. The doctor called twice after my surgery in the evening to make sure I was doing OK I highly recommend them.they are friendly kind and very knowledgeable
