We switched to Dr. Hsiao about 6 years ago. Best move we ever made. Very Very professional staff. Dr. Hiao is very accommodating and excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Hsaio and his staff are sooo professional and accurate in their care. Really nice chair side manner too. Plus he has dental modeling software plus the machine to make many of the tooth repairs at the same visit. Many times he has built me a new tooth while I waited, and rested there with a cozy blanket, or watched a streaming show! I recommend you his office highly!

I had just chipped a couple of front teeth which left me whistling like a steam train! They got me in the next day where Dr Hsiao fixed them on the spot. I have been a patient here for a long time and will continue because finding care and quality like makes the world a better place. I will not forget the care I was given. I am most Thankful. Today my granddaughter had her first ever filling. Dr. Hsiao and his assistant Ann did a fantastic job keeing her comfortable. She was scared but ended up having a good experience.thank you for being so gentle and kind.

Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is they are considering not taking Delta insurance which we'll have to find a new dentist

Dr. Hsiao is the best! I chipped a cap, got in the same day, he saved the tooth and I was out in 20 minutes. All at no charge!

Valley Family is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Jessica has been incredible with my 3 young kids and explains each part of the process at a developmentally appropriate level. My kids actually really enjoy going to the dentist and have no fears as a result of the Valley Family dentists and hygienists. It can be hard to find a place you trust, so I’m very grateful our friend recommended them to us.
