Valley Hand Car Wash

Didn't clean my car as well as what they charged. Floor mats where still dirty as well as a lot of dirt and water spots left.

The price is right. 12$ for a basic wash. The assembly line design that makes it so cheap and efficient also makes it impersonal and impossible to ask questions before going into the wash. (Unless you pull into a vacuum stall, which I didn't) I was worried about my Thule bike rack setup. I went through anyway and it was fine, but there is a significant / heavy brush or wiper that goes over the top of the car. I think that could have hone either way. I will be going back but will probably prey for rack as I'm going through each time.

Terrible service and extremely rude. They don’t do good job at cleaning. The guy is just smoking the whole time so he leave car smelling like cigarettes. Guy seems like he hates his job and treats customers rudely. Don’t go here you can go somewhere else for better service and cheaper they are also expensive.

The only reason I'm giving 2 star's is because I came here to get a full detail and was told they didn't have enough staff I saw like 5 or 6 guys I think that's more then enough to let one person work on one car and make that money but I guess they only wanted to do regular car wash that day i was disappointed

It was worth the waiting in line, I drove out of there styling in my clean detailed car.
