Every aspect of buying this car was a good experience. While I was looking around, I did not feel I was being stalked by salespeople. While test driving the cars, I did not feel pressured to buy. While I was in financing & working the numbers, I did not feel I was being conned or lied to. I received a better deal on my car than I expected. This was an enjoyable experience all around. My sales person, Jessica, was so courteous& professional. She was very knowledgeable about my vehicle & made sure I knew all the features before I left the showroom. If anyone is looking for a car, this is the place to come. 100% satisfied customer.

Friendly staff. Not pushy. When I stated I wanted to go to another dealership to try out a different car before deciding on a car to buy, they didn't try to talk me out of it by putting the other car down. That was not the case at the other dealership I went to. Staff at Valley Hi Kia were very helpful and informative.

When came into the dealership I was directed exactly where to go for the service. Spent a couple of minutes for the sign in. Then waited in the tv area which was very clean. My kids were making themselves hot chocolate and relaxing with their books. Whole procedure took a little less than 2 hours.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service we received, and they even gave us top dollar on our trade in!
