Valley Hi Toyota, Victorville CA

My daughter came to this dealership and one the financing manager was very unprofessional talking down to my daughter as if she was 17 and not a valued customer. Kept telling her I don’t have your keys so you can walk out that door. Also kept stating payment wasn’t an issue which made my daughter feel like she wasn’t taken seriously.would not recommend coming back to this place to be treated like a idiot

Ordered a battery for my son’s Toyota Prius in December. After swapping the incorrect battery twice, they gave us a part number in January and ordered the correct battery. Then they told us the battery was on back order and that we would have to wait until March. We called them today March 1st, they didn’t have it. Still on back order. My wife checked around looking for the battery and we found one in stock at Redlands Toyota dealership. Been in stock there since mid January. In fact the battery was in stock at multiple Toyota dealerships down the hill. You would think the dealership could have looked this up for us and found it. If I could give the Victorville dealership zero stars I would. The worst customer service of any dealership in the High Desert.

Drove up from Fontana to pick up an ARB tire deflator from their parts department. I was ready to pay, Israel (cashier in parts) notifies me he can’t take any transactions after 4pm, I was there before that time. In order for me to pay he was trying to send me a link to my phone.short story is the whole thing was just unprofessional and sketchy to say the least.

The only reason this review is rated 2 stars is due to Carolina Renteria Internet sales Associate. If not for her It would be one star. I reached out to Valley Hi Toyota to lease or finance a vehicle. Carolina went above and beyond emailing full vehicle quotes, taking photos of the vehicle, and answering all my questions. The finance department fell through I spoke with Rod who was very short and threw numbers at me verbally never email any financial quote. I reached out again and spoke with Gabriel Flores who proceeds to tell me if I move forward with the financing option they would have to add $1000.00 to the vehicle cost. Keep in mind the rebate he is speaking about is $750.00, not $1000 when I clarified this he said he would call me back. When I did receive a call back he threw the financing numbers at me and did not email a tangible quote. I ask for the leasing quote Gabriel stated he forgot to do it since he was caught up on the financial estimate. Gabriel stated he would call me back and until now I have not received a callback. Finance should learn a thing or two about customer service from Carolina. I moved forward and purchased my vehicle through Longo Toyota the process was facilitated no gimmicks spoke with Laura Tan who emailed quotes for finance and lease within 10 minutes. I docu signed online and the car is being delivered to my home!

They really overbook they're service department. I shouldn't be waiting 3 hours for an oil change.
Anyway I shouldn't have gone back after last time I got an oil change there and they didn't tighten the bolt properly and my oil was leaking. Should be more careful if you're already taking that long with the cars

This place sold me a lemon! Go to riverside or crown. Brand new car engine blew 2 days off lot. Plus I hear mgmt is creepy. Avoid cuz there is much better options around.

Good service today, everyone was nice and helpful. The only thing still bothering me is this “courtesy wash” that they offer. Had this done once just to realize they just rinsed the truck off and wiped it down. The dealer more than anybody should know this is one the last things that you should do with your vehicle due to the paint and glass damage caused by doing it this way.

Staff are always friendly and courteous (esp. Tyler). I leave the place with certainty that my truck is in perfect condition.

I highly recommend this place, if anyone wants to purchase car! I should have gone to this place when I bought my other car. You guys are Rock! Keep up the good work! 5 stars for you guys:)

Service writer Shirley is always very attentive to my needs. The website to make appointments is difficult to navigate, I prefer to call or just show up and wait. I like the new waiting area, made the wait more tolerable.

I had a 10: 30 appointment which took over 2 hours to get my car in for service and then took about another 45 minutes to complete an oil change. I asked if I could have my touch screen looked at and was told that the Tech tried to make an adjustment, but was unable to take care of the issue. I asked a person how much it was going to Cost to get it repaired and was told that a new touch screen was $9000. Lol

Bought a new 2018 Rav 4 limited. Got a good deal! Bought my last 3 new Toyotas here. Friendly staff and great service.

I want to thank Hisham Salem and Bobby Hague for their hard work in helping me to reach the best deal possible. They were absolutely awesome. In additon, Sal Jamili made the signing of documents easy and comfortable.

Great place to buy on Trade. They helped me so much. Try it, and you don't have to be on guard when you go in. They are friendly and fair.

Salesmen did a great job helping me (1) test drive the car I was looking for, (2) negotiating a great deal, (3) and completing the paperwork as fast as possible - no BS.
The paperwork inevitably takes a while, but I left with everything I needed and more.

Infrastructure of this place is also superb. Great display, comfortable waiting areas, and snacks all day.

Customer service sucks will never deal with this dealership again but u will say Jackie in the service department is awesome i give her a 10 star im just sorry she has to work for a company that can't stand behind there work

Huge inconsistencies with the information received from their staff. This is a sign of poor training across the board from management. Unlikely to purchase a Toyita in the future.

Wonderful experience as always. We have bought all our cars from Valley Hi and will continue to do so. Keep up the great customer service. It shows from your shuttle service, to service, to sales, to management to finance.

I've been doing business with Valley Hi Toyota for about 7 years I've done business with other car dealers in the high desert but Valley Hi Toyota is the best by far. When my Toyota Sienna needs to be serviced I can always count on there extremely knowledgeable mechanics to do the work in a reasonable time, their service manager is always kind and friendly, and if you need to have something more serious done with your automobile they're have a complimentary shuttle to take you home and pick you up and they are always kind and friendly as well. I enjoy having a Toyota and I really enjoy doing business with Valley High Toyota in the high desert.
