Toyota of Victorville service center is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to attending their customers that HAVE APPOINTMENTS! I have made appointments with them plenty of times and I'm not exaggerating EVERY SINGLE TIME they ha e taken over 2 hours to get an oil change & tire rotation done. I've had to wait there with my 4 kids for 4 hours before waiting on my car to be finished. Basically there's no point of making an appointment because it doesn't save your spot either. If there's people there before you they will be seen before you regardless if you have an appointment or not. They need to step it up by alot because this place is a disappointment everytime we have gone. They do alignment training on days that they have appointments. This place needs to organize and accommodate for so many failures. If they are taking appointments they need to abide by them & NOT take people that don't have any. It's a waste of time & energy going to Toyota of Victorville. The reason I have to come here is because it's the closest one to me & my beautiful mother in law pays ahead of time for me to get these oil changes so my van doesn't get messed up. But I'm going to start having to schedule at the one down in Garden Grove where she lives because they have impeccable service. I've only had to wait at most 1.5 hours for my service with appointment.
I arrived and they took care of me promptly, and the waiting facility is top notch. However, I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation and “multi point inspection. ” I may be wrong but I’m sure this procedure should not take more than 20 minutes tops. I scheduled the appointment about a week in advance, and would have been happy to come in on a less busy day. But instead they over booked themselves and passed on the burden to me.
Over 2 hours for an oil change. Again. Service didnt start till an hour after my appointment time. Will never come here again for this service.

This was my first visit as we recently moved into the area. I was very pleased with the service time and William was very helpful!
Service department too slow, promised my car back in two hours, it took them three an a half hours to do a simple oil change,
Wasn't given a breakdown of what was worked on nor how long wear and tear service should last through.
Went in for a tranny flush quick & clean service mechanic was a really cool guy. Got in got out
I made my appt. To have my tires rotated, fluids checked. And they found out that my load jack was disconnected, with the information that I gave them. It was done in a timely matter concerning they were short staffed.
I had an absolutely excellent experience. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Jose was exceptional. I arrived in what I thought was an emergency situation and he put me at ease. He took great care of my family and I. Jose when above and beyond to help solve my problem in a timely manner. I highly recommend the service department! Thank you Jose!
I Had an appointment at 3: 40 on Tuesday and when I arrived I was told there was a 4 hour wait and that they can’t guarantee my car would be finished that day for a simple oil change.
I had to reschedule my appointment because I needed the car that night. It was a completely waste of time considering I had to trade cars with wife at her job in apple valley and then drive across town to valley hi Toyota. If the service center is behind or short staffed, I would’ve appreciated a simple call stating so and if that I would consider coming in another day instead of showing up and then practically being told the same thing. A good experience is extremely rare at this dealership.
Dealt with service writer Tracy. Overall a very pleasant visit. Would definitely recommend.
