17Just took my car (ES00) yesterday to dealership because lost my key fob and first they quote me around $500 from part department for parts and labor, after took my car in that amount changed to $700 and also every key fob has another emergency key come with it and every body doesn't matter what brand you own, come with that extra simple key, but this guys charged me separately for that key ($70), i paid what ever they asked, but was my last time to go to this place, when i left feel like was cheated and now on i will take my car to Toyota dealer, much cheaper and much more honest with their Customers. ($775 Total for Key Fob), Don't be next VICTIM
We just purchased our first Lexus with Valley Lexus and the experience was like none we’ve had before. Manny, Dane, and Kenny were top notch with their knowledge and customer service. They helped us narrow down what we wanted and was able to ensure we got just that. Chris in finance was also friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They all treated us like we were family and we feel happy to be part of the Lexus family.
I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received all around at valley Lexus. Manny is the person who helped us and he went above and beyond what was expected. We will 100 percent be visiting Manny and Valley Lexus for our next purchase.

HORRIBLE service! Edmond Sarkis is the worst agent to have represent Lexus. Very rude, unprofessional, and shows no compassion for customers who literally spend thousands of dollars there. If i need real Lexus parts I’ll be going to another Lexus dealership instead. I’d rather commute then to have to see Edmond ever again!
Thankful for Andrew Hoffman of Lexus in Modesto. With our busy schedule this man was able to help us. He pretty much did all the work for us. It’s hard to find real help nowadays so I’m glad that a person named Andrew Hoffman still exist. Definitely recommend this Lexus dealership.
Been there twice, both times Nobody was there to help. Both times had to call customer service to reschedule an appointment. Trash customer service. Got gaslighted every time with them saying they’re short staffed. If you make an appointment don’t expect them to even bother with it. Complete waste of time
What an easy process to buy my first vehicle! Mark was very easy going, no pressure during the test drive. He was very attentive to my orientation of the Lexus and made sure all my questions were answered.

Don't ever buy from this dealer! They added "dealer adjusted" $10000 to the MSRP of 2023 Lexus RZ!

I have been a loyal customer to Lexus dealership in Modesto for over three consecutive years. The main reason for that was because of a relationship that I built with an amazing service advisor by the name of Elena. I am saddened that she is no longer at this location. I traveled over an hour to work with only her! I have worked with other service advisers at this location, but their PR skills lacked, and did not an effort to make the customer experience a pleasant one ; they would pressure you to purchase a package that wasn’t recommended, or required for service. They couldn’t even explain its necessity when i questioned it. I did complain about the experiences I had with them to Lexus Modesto. Elena never made me feel or experience this. She was knowledgeable, thorough, experienced, pleasant and she is what MADE the customer experience amazing! I wasn’t just a customer to her! She made me feel like family, and was so kind and welcoming. You don’t get this often. I don’t know that anyone could ever fill her shoes. You truly lost an asset & that’s unfortunate. I would go follow her gladly to wherever she was!
Got the the 60k service on my 2008 IS-F and I was very pleased with how professional and kind they were. Ed the service manager was professional and was very polite and helpful answering questions about the service. Highly recommend this dealership and service center.

Go to Fresno Lexus they are extremely more professional and when servicing your car they treat you with respect and curiosity
