Credit Score u mean to tell me a number can tell u weather or not am a good person or can pay my Rent i have 20,000 cash right now but because of mistakes i made when i was young that as destroy my credit but that does describe me as a person or the ability for me to pay my rent also who in there right mind makes 3 times the Rent unless both parents in the house are working full-time jobs that is impossible or the single parent is working a job that is making 35+ dollars an hour also since when as a co-signer been no good in this world You can cosign for a car or to buy a house but this property management won’t allow you to have a cosigner It is heartless property companies like this one that make it hard for single working families I’ve low income housing like myself to make it in this world The Bible states help the neighbor treat the neighbor may God give this property management what it deserves

We filled out 3 applications ($45 for each) and they processed them and refused us even though we have excellent credit and to top it all off, they didn't remove the listing from there website after it was rented before we even applied. So basically we lost $135 dollars for nothing. If I could -5 stars I would. I hope there tenants give them trouble as much as they caused us.

These people just took our money for application fees and told us our credit wasnt good enough and we have great credit! And made a bunch of lame excuses about our previous rentals wich were all false! These poeple just taking peoples hard earned money and make up fake excuses to keep your money!

This company operates like a computer system, like robots. There is little compassion or empathy for tenant's voice, no human element of care and understanding for special circumstances. There are no amicable solutions to take care of the resident, it is either their way or no way. Be prepared to deal with an iron fist if you happen to share a concern.

I am very disappointed with the management team out of the Modesto office, Katrina and Liz, which are the same people that have ultimate rule over the Turlock branch. I was talked down to and disrespected. Then, after sharing my discontent regarding what is advertised online regarding great customer service and the way I have been treated with poor customer service, they refused allowing me to contact the Owner to voice my concerns about their professionalism. Prior to this, I had addressed my initial concern in person, by phone call, and by numerous emails. It took exactly 14 days for a manager to finally respond to me, via email, and there was no resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the leadership - shame on them for treating a good tenant this way.
