Valley Pet Care reviews
13Didn't wait too long considering I didn't have an appointment. Vet and staff are friendly.
The staff here is great. The prices are excellent comparatively. I just wish they had more services available. They are always fast and caring with my fur babies.
Very friendly staff. I bought my dog here to be neutered. His surgery was successful. He had no complications. It's very affordable and worthwhile to bring your cat or dog. I recommend coming here.
Valley Pet Care is accommodating and one of the few low cost clinics that works with community TNR. If it wasn't for Valley Pet Care, Stanislaus County would have no reasonable resources for stray and feral cats.
I want to wholeheartedly thank the Valley Pet Care staff for their care and commitment to pets. My sister and I went to take our husky/border collie Daisy to get neutered and they were very helpful and friendly. All went well and Daisy is quickly recovering. Thanks again Valley Pet Clinic, you make a difference in our society
Kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Although only one pet family is brought inside at a time, their large awning and high powered fans with misters, provide relief from the heat while you wait. It is best to book an appointment to minimize your wait time. You can trust you’ll receive affordable care, in a clean, and professional environment every time. We have been coming here for years, and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, affordable vet care.
These people have a special place for them in the next life they all have been helpful and at the right price you can't beat it
Very friendly and professional and answered all my questions! Also I had my dogs sister taken there to be spayed! And they did a great job!
Came and got my cats vaccinations up to date. The staff was very nice and got my cat taken care of quickly. Reminder for people looking to attend the Vaccine Clinc or Spay and Neuter Clinic: Make an appointment! Even though walk-ins are available, appointments take priority, so any walk-ins will be waiting until they have room. Also, all dogs need to be leashed or in a crate and the same with cats. They will not take your animal otherwise. This is to keep your pets and the staff safe!
Picked up a voucher from the animal to nueter my puppy and it's been impossible to schedule an appointment. They don't answer calls, if you show up they won't see you because you don't have an appointment. They said to come back when the lobby opens, yet they they were closed, no signage indicating process. Signs says to book appointment online, cannot book their schedule is full for the next 90 days. Literally no way for scheduling an appointment. Waste of time and my money.
Really difficult for those that work to come and wait 2-3 hrs just for an appointment, this was on a Wednesday.
Required to wait for all cats to be checked in before dogs will be seen. 30 minute wait. Be prepared and patient:)
Not a bad place but seemed dishelved at times.
This place is on the same property as the county run animal shelter. I bought a “voucher” to get a spay for my cat for only 25$ and unfortunately every single experience I have had with this office has been overwhelmingly negative. Have fun waiting outside to make an appointment to make an appointment. You’ll be waiting outside for over an hour so dress appropriately. I’m considering the 25$ I spent from the pound for the spay a loss because they make just scheduling the appointments so hard I can’t imagine how the surgeries go. Take my advice ITS A HARD PASS
Wait time is a little long but once you're in they are very friendly and gentle with your pet.
