Coincidentally my mask snapped on one side as i was putting it on so i asked for one because i was out. I was told they didn’t have any to give out. Never have i been to a doctors office that wasn’t willing to provide a mask if required. I was expected to go purchase a mask elsewhere and not be late. Then i was asked if it was because I didn’t want to wear a mask? I wouldn’t have asked for a mask if I wasn’t willing to wear it. Very unprofessional take your business elsewhere like im going to.

Same with me as well. I was referred there two times, and both times the technicians could not give results. First time they said the doc ordered a cpap machine but were waiting on it. Second time just plain and simply got the run around. I would also give zero stars if it was a option

I got lost getting there; apparently, they have recently moved and G* maps hasn't caught up. I called the office and a very friendly and helpful young woman gave me some landmarks to get there. Once there, I was impressed by the time and effort these folks put into determining my concern and appraising what they could do about it. With a newly determined heart problem, there are lots of tests to go through and Dr. Nasir explained more to me than my PCP or cardiologist.

Besides the long time to get into this place my experience was fine. They were in a middle of moving their clinic so stuff felt a little out of place but bathrooms were clean, beds were made and waiting area was freshly stocked and clean. Attendant was friendly and got me all hooked up and ready to go. I'd recommend softer beds! Im used to memory foam at home and their firm beds made my body ache which took forever for me to fall asleep. So that'd be the reason for 4 stars from me and having ppl continue come in while i the middle of a move. Im going back for a 2nd sleep study at the new facility so hopefully its much nicer and they got new beds. Hospital beds were more comfy than theirs lol
