How on earth has this park got a 4 star rating? Another gated, pay-for, helmet and pads park that was closed at 3pm on a school holiday Thursday.

Definitely nothing special enough to pay for. Especially since LA has hundreds of better free options.

Valley skate park is a great skate place for all ages, kids teens & adults. You’ll find you may also do BMX & Scootering here which is good. Although my problem lies here, I don’t really mind the fee. Although it is a little unnecessary. But the problem is the times, the scheduled times for each category are odd. And it’s not open on some days, which is weird. We should be able to skate when we like. Other than that absolutely love this skate park. Great place for skaters of all fields. Beginners, Intermediate skaters & pros.

The park charges to use the skateboard and bike platform and you have to bring a helmet and pads. To be honest I think it's unfair that you have to pay because not everybody is made out of money like other people. And those that don't have a lot of money still have children who need to have fun and help their mental needs

The number one reason for a business to attract new and keep customers is. To stay NEAT.at all times and this place it's not doing a good job.my Family and I used.to come alot. Now we go to EL SUPERIOR. They have a guard at the door making sure you go in there with clean sanitized hands an wearing your mask. Thanks
we still like Vallarta.

Used to be a great skatepark, but $60-$70 a year for a pass. Or $3-$5 a day and only open 3 days a week for skateboarding, With limited hours. Terrible planning by the city, they are obviously clueless when it comes to running a skatepark. If you are charging to skate at least extended the hours. Skateboarding is supposed about individual expression and freedom. Not uniformed clueless money grabbing

Went there at the peak of the heat and found a nice oasis in this nicely hidden yet well known skate spot. It had nice clean bathrooms so I went there initially to use it drink some water and leave but found myself staying for the shade tables and convenient smoking bench

Great Spot Run by recs and park. Make sure you have full pads and helmet and know which days are for scooters, skateboards, and BMX.

An odd bowl, a box jump missing half of its landing, super small, nanny, must bring pads and helmet AND pay money. With that said this is one of my favorite sk8/bmx parks! This sweet little spot makes you get ultra creative. And there's a legit spine! Always clean and glass/debris free, bathrooms, drinking fountain, bright lights at night. Thanks City of Burbank, Parks and Rec!

FULL PADS REQUIRED and entry fee for the skatepark. Otherwise the benches had graffiti and we're dirty. Park was quiet grass was nice except for the occasional trash. Polite person at kiosk.

Really awesome I had some long intellectual conversations with staff and a couple of the regular patrons that frequently visit the park. I will definitely visit again next time will bring the boards
