Jessica was a delight to meet for my first appointment. She was thorough, professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. She found something questionable on my skin, explained why she was concerned, and cut it out for testing! Bam! I was impressed.

I've had several visits to Dr. Storey and all have been a sucess. The staff is congenial and follows up.

Dr Storey and her staff at Valley Skin Institute are amazing, my 93 year old father had Mohs surgery this afternoon and we are so grateful for Dr Storey's skill, knowledge and all of the time she took today giving my father the best of care.

Great environment. Clean, organized. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Very efficient. I wish more medical offices were run this way.

Convenient location with a friendly staff. My Dr is thorough, informative and she listens to my questions and concerns. The artwork hanging all around the office is quite awesome as well. Good stuff!

I put off going bcuz I was embarrassed and had my mind set I would be looked at like I am a monster and my concerns would be viewed as "that's just something I become". Walking in was so inviting. Having detail information of my "concerns" as well as immediate solutions to improve or cure my problem areas. Great experience and I feel more confident and the monster about me is disappearing. Turns out the experience is a changing experience in several ways all positive.

I loved Dr. Storey's bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable with the process and thoroughly explained things.

Dr. Storey is so patient and kind. You never feel like she is rushing. Always answers all of my questions and takes time to check in on me and what is going on in my life. She is such a kind and very caring person.

The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse that attended was friendly and efficient. Dr Storey was welcoming, knowledgeable, caring and effectively took care of my skin issues. She explained clearly what needed to be done and why and kindly answered all of my questions. A five star experience!

This review is not regarding the clinical care provided at this office. I have nothing negative to say about the clinical expertise of the medical practitioners at this office. However I am not happy with price transparency on the services that are out of pocket and not covered by insurance, it would be better if the office honor the promotions that they advertise when they market these services as apposed to pivot on those promotions halfway in the middle of a treatment plan.

The office culture is professional and friendly. I was seen promptly and finished with my visit earlier than expected.

PA Jessica has helped to heal my skin breakdown. Always has a positive energy and knowledge of meditation to heal.
