I wish I had dealt with the owner. I ordered some medals for my local Special Olympics team. I got a call yesterday at 3: 56pm that my order was ready. I didn't know they closed earlier then regular business hours and they didn't inform me. So when I called at 4: 03 today to let them know I was on my
way, I got their message machine. My message was intercepted by an associate. I explained my situation and he passed me to the rudest manager I have encountered in a long time. He reminded me that they close at 4pm and aren't open on weekends. And repeated it as the response to my obvious panick. I'm not sure why he felt the need to tell me he lives in Watsonvile. Certainly wasn't to meet me in San Juan Bautista on his way home. He even used yesterday's call to to justify his lack of ability to customer service as if they shared such vital information with me when they called. Most people work 9-5. I did all my communications via phone call and placed my order via email. Tomorrow is my end of the season ceremony. Why did someone even answer the phone if they weren't going to help a customer?
