I have had two great experiences dealing with Valley Unique Electric. VUE installed solar panels and upgraded the electrical box at my previous residence in 2019. They did a great job setting up and installing the system. I compared 5 different companies, and they had the best prices. They even ordered the exact LG panels and micro inverters I wanted.

I recently moved to a different house and wanted solar panels. Our PGE bill was averaging $400 a month. Again, I contacted about 5 different solar companies, and valley unique electric was at the top of the list. They had many different brands of solar panels to choose from, but I really wanted LG panels. Shauna Coyle, the sales representative, is amazing! She is patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable of the products, and the process to get the system up and running. Shauna also helped me select some great all black LG panels, that were the newest model available. (Some companies wanted to use older panels, or what they already had in stock.). We installed 25 LG NeON2 black panels that come with 25 year product, performance, and labor warranty. The panels were mounted to the roof with all the wiring in the attic, so there are no tubes running all over the roof! They also did a complete electrical panel upgrade. They replaced everything! From the the time I signed the contract, to the system being connected to PGE, took around 2 months.

When anyone asks who I would recommend for solar panels, I definitely will recommend Valley Unique Electric and Shauna Coyle to them!

My experience was very bad, never will recommend this company, all they want is your business and after installation, no one cares to call or check up to see how is your system works, or if you have any questions, office manager is very rude, have bad attitude. Very very disappointed that I gave them my business, fine different company don’t have them any business.

Terrible customer service, take your money and never hear from them again type of company.

Shauna Coyle has been integral to my positive experiences with Valley Unique Electric.  She met with me, answered my questions, made intelligent suggestions and helped me size the number of panels on my roof; eventually making sure all 32 panels were installed before the end of 2019, allowing me to claim the maximum tax credit.  I was very satisfied with the services and product provided by Valley Unique Electric.

But then it got better.

Recently, I have been working closely with Shauna to troubleshoot energy production issues I thought my system was experiencing.  Shauna immediately suggested having the panels cleaned and then promptly made all arrangements to do so (all at no charge!).  When I continued to have questions, she offered to run a comparison of my energy production against an industry software product that compares my production with what 'could be expected' and tailored to the location of my home and number of panels.  Shauna provided me with the print out which showed my system was out performing predicted power generation.  She has also reached out to the inverter manufacturer for documentation regarding typical variance in energy production for adjacent panels.  Shauna's demonstrated a commitment to customer service that I thought no longer existed.  Thank you Shauna!
