Valley Urology, Fresno CA

This place is the worst all the bad stuff is true ratchet front desk, angry nurses,
and awesome doctor rainwater, But it doesn't matter because valley urology is the only game in town so you get what they give you, The one pro tip I can give is to not go there a half hour before lunch cuz them heffers might take a Leg off go in morning or after lunch not when there waiting for the dinner bell.

This office NEVER answers their phone! I have spoken to the office manager multiple times to complain (she's never in the office), she acts surprised & says the same thing EVERY time, "really? I never have any issues getting through. I will call the office & see what's going on. "

Rude staff that will do anything but apologize for untimely appointments and an unprofessional workplace. Would love for you to go then stay. If you have options, do NOT go here

Dr. Rainwater and his staff were amazing and super friendly. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in from the front desk receptionist. My appointment was schedule quick with no issues. Got my vasectomy done yesterday and was in and out in about 25-30 mins. Was really fast and he explained the procedure in a way that I could understand it. I’m a mechanic by trade and he explained it in mechanics terms which was explained very well. I appreciate the hospitality from y’all and I would definitely highly recommend going to Valley Urology. Thanks again everyone and that Sandia and mango on point! Good looking out! Inside joke.

Drs. Good, staff good. Restrooms as dirty as a rest stop. Dirty dirty. If you didn't have a UIT, you might have one when you leave. However, Dr. And staff are, 5 star. Never had a bad staff member. THANK YOU

Dr. Rainwater and his team were very professional made me feel comfortable and at ease with everything.sorry I had to reschedule so much, but they still were professional about everything, highly recommended!

Dr. Rainwater is a very good Dr. It's the front desk staff there is a male staff that is very rude and very un professional!

Reply: wow. So unprofessional to blamed my mom’s primary doctor. I spoke with your staff months ago about this appointment because I want to see if they can schedule her to come in earlier but was told that the doctors were all booked and for us to just keep our appointment date. And no, my mom and her primary Doctor are not at fault. It’s your staffs that are not doing their job. If I haven’t spoken to one of your staff about the appointment date months ago, I wouldn’t say what I said.

The front desk people are rude and unprofessional. Even my mom’s primary doctor agreed with it. My mom were schedule for a follow up, but when we got there they told us we have no appointment. If there were no appointment made for her than why did someone from Valley Urology confirmed the appointment with me months ago? Even my mom primary doctor said they spoke with them and was given a date. They could have knowledge their mistakes and apology for the miscommunication but yet the front dude was trying to said it was not their fault. Your fault or not, treat your patient with respect!

Today I had my first testosterone shot, ever. I was nervous about it. But, the staff was friendly and efficient. Juana especially was friendly and outgoing. I really appreciated her positive demeanor. I don't look forward to shots, but I mind it less here.

Matthew Rainwater is a awesome doctor and the staff is very good to me I had a appointment scheduled but I guess staff forgot to put it in the computer and i called before I left to confirm because I drive from visalia to Fresno especially as a paralyzed patient and luckily he was able to still squeeze me in for the appointment. I will never change my urologist. I feel so safe and comfortable with this doctor
