Valley Village Laundromat

I have stopped coming to this place for different reasons. I don't understand why they have a business and they don't attend to it, close it now.

This place used to be great, but the new owners refuse to hire any staff, so it is now overrun with homeless people washing their hair in the sink, clipping their nails, shaving their legs, and begging people for money. Most of the dryers don't work. No restroom available anywhere nearby. Don't come here. It's disgusting.

I've coming in for years at this place, at night when it was 24hrs. New wash machines are nice they wash pretty good. Im giving 4 stars because if you use your credit card there's a. 25cents fee. Be aware you will be spending $5 per wash. Not $4.75.

Been coming here because it's close to my residence but know I rather drive to another location to wash my clothes. Half of it's washer and dryers always out of order they shut off coin machine so they only work when the worker is there and there never there even to help you for any issues.card reader most of the item is out of network.

There's a crazy woman living and working there and yells at you for trying to do laundry there.these pictures are REALLY OLD there was ten buckets trying to catch some of the water coming through the roof smells like mold

Machines are old
The card readers aren’t connected online so you can’t pay with card but you won’t know that until you spent time losing the machines and wasting detergent. (It’s been down for months)
No one available to help

Someone please update when they fix the quarter machine and credit card machines for laundry.

In addition to most machines being out of order, for two weeks in a row they don't have change. "There is a coin shortage" was the latest excuse. And I should wait half an hour because there's never anyone there. Going to this place is a waste of time.

If you want to wash here make sure you bring your own quarters change machine never has quarters. Also credit card machine on the washing machines never work. There is also never an attendant when there is an issue with the machines.

Avoid this place like the plague. 75% of the machines are marked “out of order. ” The part of the machines that take cards is broken, and the change machines are all out of quarters. Overall this place is neglected and it shows.

November 27th 2022 went to the laundromat is nice and clean but one thing half of the dryers in the laundromat does not work big signs on the dryers did you have laundry baskets that can go out of the laundry room to bring to the car to get your laundry load out and they do have enough baskets to go around

It's 6: 06 am and the doors are still closed. Don't advertise hours of operation u don't intend to honor. I rely on ur honesty to make the decision of coming early. Don't waste my time.
