Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Lake Elsinore CA

On 9/14/22, I traveled to Valvoline, located on Railroad Canyon in Lake Elsinore, for an oil change and service. Shariah was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable as to the needs and services of my 2020 Honda Accord Sport. She is a good listener and friendly. Shariah advised me of recommended services for my car; however, she wasn’t pushy nor did she pressure me to purchase any recommended services. In addition to, she provided factual information about the recommended services and explained why the service l’s were vital to the life of my car. Shariah and the staff at Valvoline are eager to help and work well as a team. I highly recommend Valvoline in Lake Elsinore off Railroad Canyon and Canyon Hills! Ask for Shariah!

I don't want to ever bash any business, but I am thoroughly upset, sickened, and angry with my last experience with Valvoline. On 12/15/2022, I took my 2014 nissan frontier into this place. I get my oil changed there regularly. This time, upon vehicle inspection by them, they accidentally broke the valve to the heater core at the firewall. They stated what they did, and said they would replace it. I was like no problem! 5 days later, my truck started overheating. I.pulled over, opened the hood and noticed the part they replaced, the clamp was not tight, it blew the hose right off. The hose came on and off, with ease. I put it back on the best of my ability. Put water in the radiator and limped the truck home. At home, I put a clamp that holds on it. Didn't matter, the damage to t engine was done! Next day, it overheats again. This time won't start. Get it towed and my mechanic confirms the engine is shot! I tried to work with Veronica, the manager, but she states it's not their fault. I'm sorry, how isn't it? Had you put the right clamp on the hose, it wouldn't have blown off, and blown my engine! I am not a person that is out to take anyone or anything. I am a business owner myself, just own up to your mistake, and take care ofmit! Now, my work truck is down, and I don't know what I am gonna do!

Jason, Evelyn, and Shariah were AWESOME! I know a lot about cars and have been getting my oil changed for 40 years. Wow! This place is extremely professional, thorough, efficient, friendly, and fast. An unbelievable and enjoyable experience. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of getting helped today by Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I was not sure if my transmission was top off They helped me and didn't let me go till I was good really appreciate everything

These folks have always treated me very well and they offer military and veteran discounts. It is much less busy that Menifee and even with a big truck, they get you in and out pretty quickly, 20 minutes or less. Give them a try.

The staff and technicians are amazing!
I was very nervous taking my car into here since I’ve had experiences in the past that weren’t so great at other places…I instantly felt relief when I was greeted by the staff they were all so happy and professional 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This location is seldom busy. Which is great. Pricing is not competitive. Like painful.
$200 for an oil change. I missed that detail when I said synthetic is ok.

Actually got way better service than my first try with these guys and my oil tech was a chick.doooope to see that. Overall experience with price and time I'd say is worth it.

3 bays 0 cars. Got them just before closing. In and out good service, and enjoyable employees.

Well. First oil change on my brand new truck I worked super hard for.
Went in and felt Un-Easy as there was a lot of running around/questions by employees amongst each other. So they finish about 45 min later. I park in my driveway and got back to work at my home office. Later that day I notice oil all over my driveway. I look under and they did an awful job cleaning skid plate and frame. So I'm like "Lets check the levels just in case". It was beyond full! So I go back the next day to have them correct and clean. The manager there was very honest and told me they over filled by a full quart. My brand new truck holds 6 and they put 7. So they correct the level and cleaned my skid plate and frame. So they said they would send me a coupon for the trouble. Well I just received it and it was a whole $10 bucks off lolol. Thanks for covering the Tax I guess. Long Story short, this is a new location, so don't go for about 6 months until they figure it out.
