Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Redlands CA

9/15/23 I took my Cadillac srx car for an oil change 1 hour later I took the 2018 VW Atlas and when they were doing the work they informed me that they did not have the oil filter I went to buy it at the car parts I paid 23.00 dollars when I They did the oil change, they were charging me 138.00, I asked them for credit for the oil filter, they gave me credit for 6.00, when the VW dealer charged 123.00 and they washed the car, I took it to Valvoline because it is very close to my house, but I see that it is not worth it. What a shame this was the last time I took them to Valvoline apart from the fact that my Atles has 50,000 miles and they were offering me services that have to be done at 150,000 miles

Always quick and friendly service from Valvoline! Despite the fact that they were short staffed I was only there waiting for 10 minutes for service and 20 for the service itself. Will keep coming back.

Compared to other Valvolines I have been to, I felt like their service wasn’t great. They didn’t check my air filters or tire pressure. They also didn’t go over any other services that were coming due. I felt like it was a super rushed service, but not in a good way.

I've had service done at this location several times. They always are very friendly and helpful. There's usually not a long wait. If I pull up to the driveway and see a lot of cars waiting I just come back another time. They are conveniently located so it's never been a big deal. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes. It's great!

This place is poorly managed and has gone down hill. It’s really frustrating to wait and watch multiple employees congregating and chumming it up. Takes about a half hour for an “instant” oil change.

Today was an absolute unsuccessful visit at Valvoline at the Redlans location on Redlands Boulevard. I’ve been shuffled around from BTOB, and at the end walk out of there without a oil change, absolutely unhappy and unsatisfied.

The crew greets you with a smile. Does a great job. Lets me know if I have a oil leak and where its coming from.

My car never started smoking until I changed my oil at this shop. The careless rookie probably spilled half the oil on the engine and my radiator hose started leaking out of no where. I went back and made a complaint, and they told me they will look into the cameras but nobody ever got back to me. The car is 80,000 miles and of course it could just be a coincidence that everything started breaking down the minute I left the shop but I see the odds very unlikely unfortunately. Never will I go back.

They delivered as advertised, the staff were kind and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Love how they are clear and direct with their offerings and don’t try to upsell or be too pushy

Friendly, fast, efficient. Recommend going early to beat the rush. They will show you any services recommended based on mileage, but no pressure to add those on if you just want an oil change. They'll also do fluid checks/top ups if you're heading on a road trip and those are extremely cheap.

My first time here, went in 8am on a weekday. The guys were fast and helpful, when I asked questions regarding an issue with my car (not oil related). Overall l had a pleasant experience and will be back.

What's a very thorough oil change they check everything on the car they're pretty quick and for the price of oil today it's a good price
